Great place to live! Clean and quiet and good community. Both the leasing staff and maintenance team are very helpful and friendly.

I just wanted to thank the staff at Hunter’s Point, they did a great job keeping everything cleared as much as possible during last week’s big snow! Maintenance guys were out in the dangerous weather clearing the sidewalks! I’ve been here a little over 5 years and have always had great communication with the ladies in the office to the maintenance guys!

They don’t care about Nothing but collecting rent out here and Beth so rude. I’ve only been living out here for 2 months and don’t look forward to no more months out here.

My child was racially profiled here. A child was seen in a dangerous situation because the child was black they called me and tried say the child was hanging from a banister. I instructed them that if that child was in danger they should go and see whos the child was instead of trying to pin a child to my family andbinstead of calling me about it. Note to hunters point staff this was never my child just because a child is black doesn't mean you can say the child belongs to any black person. Needless to say they wouldnt resign my lease and wouldn't tell me why. But if you move here you will surely find out who is and who isn't racist.

My wife and I recently moved to Indianapolis and stayed at Hunters Point Apartments for 9 months while we looked for more permanent housing. The apartments are great and very quiet. We never heard our neighbors and they said they never heard us. The staff is very friendly and will promptly address any concerns.
The rental rate is very reasonable for the Zionsville area and this is the only apartment actually in Zionsville. We looked at other apartments with Zionsville addresses but they are not "in" Zionsville.
We rented a two bedroom that was fairly spacious for an apartment. Perhaps the biggest benefit to us was the ability to hook up a full washer and dryer in the unit. The Zionsville Rail-Trail is a couple of hundred yards away and a connecting side path is literally right across the street. Walking to downtown Zionsville is a little far, but my wife and I rode our bikes downtown quite often. There is a Walgreens directly across the parking lot and a Marsh within a couple of hundred yards.
The only downside we experienced was that our neighbor below us was a VERY heavy smoker who was also a shut-in. And as a result of our unit being above our neighbor, the smoke smell would seep into our unit if it was closed up for a day or more. I know this experience was unique to our unit because our next door neighbor on the same floor didn't have any problems.
I would happily recommend this apartment to family and friends.
