  Presenting the facade of Luxury. Management is allergic to responsibility and obviously discriminate based on who they like at face value. New units built as cheap as possible and amenities are sub par. Convoluted and predatory lease meant to purposefully confuse you and leave space for them to add additional charges at any possible moment, unless you’re friends with Stephanie or the other woman, in which case you can break lease terms with zero repercussions (subletting, etc). We were made to feel uncomfortable and were shocked by the passive aggressive and unprofessional way that The E treated their community in our time living here, and it harbors a resentful attitude among residents. If you enjoy a place devoid of creativity and growth mindset you will definitely enjoy it here. They present a certain face and cracks reveal in the foundation over time. Absolutely not worth the money and hidden fees, there are plenty of other beautiful places to stay in Whitestown where you can actually feel like home.

  Parking is a nightmare, Garbage pickup is random, staff manages from behind email and notices. Package room is a nightmare and not secure, gates to the pool haven’t locked in over a year. Community coffee machine in the clubhouse is often out of coffee, cups or creamers. Shared hallways are seldom cleaned and fob access to the buildings is either broken or takes forever to let you in. Fridge and dishwasher, dryer cheap models very loud, dryer buzzer so loud it’s annoying. Continual nagging for a year texting to “leave a review” so….here is your review. The E is Not “elevated living”.

  Overall the apartment is nice and great amenities. Internet is provided by the apartment at $75 a month unfortunately the wifi is super slow and a lot of residents experience issues daily. You’re unable to opt out of paying $75 a month to get your own internet provider with better service. Also be prepared for a daily text to fill out a survey!

  The apartments and clubhouse amenities are very spacious and clean. The management team is very responsive and extremely easy to communicate with! The only slight issue is parking, which can fill up very quick after 4-5pm. There are still plenty of overflow spaces, but you may have to walk a bit. Overall it has been a good experience!

  I’ve been here only 9 days and I am literally loving it. Everything is so luxurious and the swimming pool is like a resort pool. Amazing! I highly recommend it.
