- CSCommon SamuelAug 15, 20263.0Subject: Unresolved Walkthrough Issues & 1-Year Warranty Concerns – Westfield Lancaster To the Pulte Management and Warranty Team, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the post-sale customer care I have received over the past year at my new home in the Westfield Lancaster neighborhood. As a returning Pulte customer who previously owned a Manchester model in Carmel for 20 years, I came into this purchase with trust in your brand. Unfortunately, the follow-through has been unacceptable. Because I relocated out of state from Iowa, my initial walkthrough was conducted remotely. At that time, broken and dented drywall was identified around a light switch behind a door. I was explicitly assured by the customer coordinator, Chase Vanschoyck, that a crew would be sent to repair this. A year has passed, and the repair was never completed. Furthermore, Chase has been incredibly difficult to contact and non-committal whenever I have managed to reach him. It is frustrating that I am now receiving automated-style emails to go over my one-year warranty when the issues from day one were completely ignored. It appears that once the initial closing surveys are completed and the reviews are posted, Pulte's commitment to customer service vanishes. I expect a prompt response regarding when the drywall repair—promised prior to closing—will be completed, as well as a more professional approach to this one-year warranty review.

Quality check was not done before delivering the house to customer. If we ask all these questions,the answer that I have received is "this is standard of Pulte".
