  Very nice and spacious townhomes. Everything feels new inside. We like those two things the most. It’s easy to move furniture up/down the stairs, as the staircase is very wide. We also really like the attached garages with a door that leads directly into the kitchen. We can take our baby or dogs in and out of the car very easily, or unload groceries while we leave the trunk open. That’s nice. The maintenance staff is very responsive and respectful. No issues there. There’s a garden hose on the outside of each unit which we’ve used more times than we anticipated, especially with our dogs. We like the walking/biking paths that lead all over West Lafayette, which are right outside the complex. There’s usually not that many people using them so they’re pretty wide open to use whenever you want. It’s in close proximity to shops, parks, and businesses which we use weekly. There are a few flaws but nothing too major. I’ve recommended them to others. I think you’ll be happy with them. Thx-

  These units are absolutely beautiful and the property is properly kept up. Management is so reliable and friendly I have loved living here! If I ever have a maintenance request, they are there immediately to fix my problem
