  Whatever you do, do not get room D5 in a 4 man room because one person will get extremely screwed over. My bedroom was TINY it was absolutely awful to live in for a full year for the price. Had no warning on the size of the room. It was nearly impossible to live in and worse than a dorm. For how much I was paying, this was actually unacceptable.

  Extremely bloodthirsty for your money. Overpriced unit with cheap and thin drywall and horrible desks and desk chairs for an average of $1600/month. You can hear everything that goes on outside your window and walls and it’s like you’re sleeping on the street. The units have no space. With that same money, you could do a thousand other things in other regions in America or the world that will be worthwhile. One thing is definitely not to blow it on an overpriced cheap appartment where the staff do not care about your opinion when you have issues with quality.

  Very inconsistent customer service, the employees answering the phone are not knowledgeable enough and don’t give correct or complete information, no support line at all after hours and no emergency contact on site.

  Living at Verve is everything I could have asked for, the staff is so kind and helpful and the amenities make the living experience that much better. I just had the best interaction with the summer staff; Kevin, Kara, Bella, and Jen.
