My brother has moved here recently who has M.S. and they have been a tremendous help with from helping to get him an affordable apartment as far as being helpful with anything he may need. Even Doug who is the head Manager of Bayshore Properties has done an excellent job and was professional and courteous in every way imaginable. The staff Renee, Brittany and Sarah are very kind and understanding and i will admit i have formed a closeness with them. i would highly recommend this particular establishment. the maintenance is quick, the area is clean and upkept, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. i am proud to have found this place for my brother. I suggest anyone to look here for a place to stay.

When searching for a home, I was excited to view Woodside. Brittany was extremely professional in every way! She was very familiar with the surrounding areas (I’m new to the area) and she gave me some ideas on where to go for the best food. The property doesn’t have storage or garages but she pointed me to the direction of a nearby storage facility. While the home was smaller than what I was looking for (beautiful and updated also) she then suggested that I follow her to her sister property. LOVE the pool and the fact that they have carports with storage. I would have applied on the spot but unfortunately again, it was just a little too small for my family. She was amazing though and if you don’t have many things to fill your home like I do 🤣 I HIGHLY suggest either property just based on the experience I had with Brittany alone 🥰
