  PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!! This place is not worth the headache! The list of problems that I’ve had from this complex for only living there 6 months is absurd. To start off, management is non existent. Don’t count on getting a hold of anyone through the phone. I probably called 100+ times over the course of my stay, and not once was able to talk to anyone via phone. Think it’s better to go in person? Good luck. They like to take breaks at random inconvenient times without posting it, so you’re more than likely going to have to wait a minimum of a week for a small issue. Management will reply to these Google reviews pretending to want to resolve issues, but the property manager is just as bad (if not worse) about replying. Maintenance is an absolute nightmare, and make no sense in their reasoning. When me and my fiancé first moved in during January, we waiting a month for proper heat. Come March when the temperature rises, the apartment reached up to 80 degrees. Letting maintenance know, we were told they “need to wait until spring to fix the ac”. I’ve read other reviews, and this seems like the same small minded response they give to everyone. To add to the list, don’t let management lie to you about fees they can “waive”. We were told we could get our early termination fee waived because it was a serious family matter. Come to find out we needed to pay $2000 the next week. When we tried to reach out regarding this, we couldn’t reach them via phone or email. This place is NOT worth the headache. Find somewhere else where the management is slightly competent, and you’ll be much better off. And cobblestone, please don’t reply to this review and pretend you want to resolve the issue. You should take the time you spend responding to Google reviews, and actually run the complex the way it was intended.

  Cobblestone is a great place. I stopped in during my research phase while looking for information on several apartment complexes in the area, and the experience was very helpful. I spoke with a staff member named Matt, who was extremely informative and took the time to provide all the details I needed to help guide my decision. I’m still finalizing my choice over the next few days, but Cobblestone is currently at the top of my list. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the space itself was clean and well maintained.

  I recently have moved into Cobblestone Crossings. I wanted to say that working with Zoe Prather in the office has been nothing short of amazing. Her dedication to make sure that I have everything I need and that my transition to my new home is welcoming has been exceptional. She has assisting me with work orders and made sure that I felt welcome and comfortable. I am pleased with the service and the kindness of the staff and look forward to making this community my new home.

  God awful, staff is unprofessional in just about every way, never friendly on the phone or in person. Lease agreement is practically useless as even Cobblestone does not follow their own rules, as good luck getting anything fixed or your security deposit back. Look elsewhere, trust me. Don't do business with these people, you will regret every ounce of it.
