Cobblestone is a great place. I stopped in during my research phase while looking for information on several apartment complexes in the area, and the experience was very helpful. I spoke with a staff member named Matt, who was extremely informative and took the time to provide all the details I needed to help guide my decision. I’m still finalizing my choice over the next few days, but Cobblestone is currently at the top of my list. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the space itself was clean and well maintained.

Go anywhere else... Just not here. For your own sanity stay far away. They delayed fixing the roofs for quite some time from what I gathered. Eventually, our bottom floor apartment started leaking like crazy from the roof and our carpet in our room was completely drenched. The maintenance guy didn't respond in a timely manner at all. So, on a work night until early morning I was left with a screaming smoke detector that had been caused by water leakage. It was funny that the maintenance guy thought I was just going to leave my kitchen pot behind to collect water for them. Like what...? After staying in that apartment for a considerable time after the incident, they finally agreed to move me into another apartment. It reaked of cat pee. They gave me like two days to move all my stuff over to the new apartment during a work week. They then charged me extra money for the move. Oh yeah.... and last of all, they let broken gym equipment become the norm. Good luck with two ellipticals and 90 people wanting to work out at the same time. The property manager can't handle being confronted about questionable treatment of residents. They'll put on a fake face until they have your name on a contract. I forgot to leave this review for months because I was scared of retaliation from the complex, but not anymore!

While in the area I was looking around at apartments. Their apartments are very nice and amenities are top notch. I can't say much about living there because I didn't sign the lease. When reading the lease I came across some disturbing wording. The lease is AUTOMATICALLY renewed at the end of the lease. Also, there is no lease breaking option other than pay the year to date. And there is no option of month to month at the end of the lease (unless you live there for over 2 years, according to the staff). I wouldn't recommend this for students or anyone not intending or able to live there for the full duration of the lease. And, no, they don't do anything other than year long leases. Be careful and read the fine print.
