  My shower water and sink water smells like pond water it has a fowl mold smell and I was told they won’t fix it because the maintenance worker who works here does not smell anything the water is damaging and causing irritation to skin and health I feel sick. The smell occurred after 2 months of living here in this new unit. Additionally my 7 year old son has also complained about the mold smell. I hate living here and wish I never signed a lease!

  Me and my wife lived here for 2.5 years and enjoyed our time at Eagle Lake Landing. They were pretty apt to replace things that needed replaced. I will say, the maintenance could benefit from taking their time and not assuming on some repairs that are more complicated. Our sink faucet was left loose after installation and I tightened it myself. The place was spacious and amazing and is a good place to live. The residents do drive through the complex faster than the posted 15 mph a lot, so beware that some residents don't care about the safety of others. Floor plan wise, it had a good feel to it and we had some renovated appliances, so we got to benefit from some cool new stuff. We moved due to the price increases, but that's normal life circumstances. Would 100% recommend if you like the town of Speedway as well, because they do a good job in terms of law enforcement and daily patrolling.

  Did a great job with my refrigerator and dryer that weren’t working properly, very nice and explained everything!

  Moving here is the worst decision of my life. The unit was just painted, nothing else was fixed. Dirty and bad refrigerator dripping water from inside and outside(The refused to replace it), dirty dishwasher, doors not latching, bathtubs are just painted over the dust. The worst part is the carpet. How could rent a place without cleaning the carpet? They just poor water and told us carpet was cleaned and wanted us to moving knowing the carpet was still wet, smelly, full of dog and cat hairs. Our son has a very bad allergy to dust and these people know it, but the do not care. If you do not care about other families health then you are not a good human being. Now our son has all kind of health issues, all kind of allergy, couch, sneeze, skin problems... In the month and half we are at this complex, we took him to the hospital 4 times including an emergency room. We are doing all we can, even paid a third party to clean the carpet but the issues continue. The place should have been cleaned, sterilized, desinfected before being rented, but this office did not want to spend on necessities. On top of all this issue comes the odor in the unit. It just feel like something dead is somewhere because of the flies all over the place.The odor is so bad and constant that we do not stay in the livingroom area for a long period of time. This place is so disgusting. These people lied to us and put my family in this mess. It'is just painful to see your family, especially your kids suffering for a wrong decision you made. I can wait for the lease to end. But, if we can take it anymore, we may seek help from authorities. It's unsafe to have kids living in such environment.
