  If you're a decent person just don't. If you're trash this is home! If I could give 0 stars i would. Too many chances to the elephant family upstairs that likes to play loudly 2200- 0300 and. They threw down dirty diapers, cups with sugar for ants, and dumped mop water out the door on my things and food plants. Response to complaint: working on it. Always working on it.

  I would never ever recommend to move here. It’s overly expensive yet the apartment is rundown, appliances are nowhere near up to date, it takes a week typically longer for them to reply to maintenance issues. They’ve been promising to repaint the decks for two years now which look like the wood is rotting. The mold in the bathrooms and kitchen have been a problem the entire time I’ve lived here no matter how many requests I’ve put in. The place is infested with Rats, roaches, and red ants. The whole ceiling fell through and shower wall caved in, in the hallway bathroom, water leaking through my ceiling lights, They would rather build a dog park than fix what’s wrong with the building and then expect you to continue paying $1800-2k a month. 0/10. 0/100. 0/1000. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. The only plus is the space. We’re paying for a luxury living space and receiving Pendleton pike service/issues. In a year I’m paying $24k.. 2 years that’s 48k.. and it’s the biggest regret of my life.

  Me and my wife lived here for 2.5 years and enjoyed our time at Eagle Lake Landing. They were pretty apt to replace things that needed replaced. I will say, the maintenance could benefit from taking their time and not assuming on some repairs that are more complicated. Our sink faucet was left loose after installation and I tightened it myself. The place was spacious and amazing and is a good place to live. The residents do drive through the complex faster than the posted 15 mph a lot, so beware that some residents don't care about the safety of others. Floor plan wise, it had a good feel to it and we had some renovated appliances, so we got to benefit from some cool new stuff. We moved due to the price increases, but that's normal life circumstances. Would 100% recommend if you like the town of Speedway as well, because they do a good job in terms of law enforcement and daily patrolling.
