  7 maintenance requests to fix my dishwasher, still broken >1 year later. Lawn people blow all the lawn scraps onto your patio and leave it. So incredibly annoying. VERY thin walls. I’ve been listening to my neighbors new dog bark for 2 weeks straight now. Thought it was great at first but has proven to be like any other cheaply built and managed property.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Seems like great apartments if you’re lucky enough to get approved. I paid 400$ in fees to not get approved , applied to apartments near by all approved me but these apartments did not. All because of an apartment I rented 4 properties ago which has been settled. Other complexes call to check standings this one does not. I assume it’s because I’m black. Which honestly is a safe assumption given the circumstances. *Edit* the company is trying to say it was up to the leasing company the other apartments I got approved to used the EXACT SAME COMPANY. They are lying to hide the fact they are prejudice. Seriously do better. God hates evil.

  I had to find a place quickly in the Plainfield area and my 2nd stop was Apex! After I was given a tour by Tisha, I went and saw other places. Right before the Apex office closed—I got back to Tisha and signed my lease! Not only is the place super cool—pool, hot tub Time Machine, 24 hour gym, and we have TISHA!!!! She is AMAZING!! You can’t beat that! She goes thru everything you need to do and basically will hold your hand. Lauth group is lucky to have her and our community is too! So newcombers—if you’re looking for a great place to live and have cool benefits—come here!

  Highly recommended! All of the staff are super helpful and friendly, and Tisha especially, has gone above and beyond to help me even after we relocated out of the state. The facility is beautiful and the location is very convenient for shopping or running errands.
