  Aiko Shosaku in Resident Support was incredibly helpful, personable and knowledgeable. I have been trying to get payment-portal issues fixed and arrangements for move-out , or possible extended-lease, made for months. I kept reaching dead ends. Aiko fixed my web issues and got me answers on all of my move-out questions and made arrangements on one short phone call. She even followed up the next day with additional important details. She is a superstar!

  Genuinely the most useless company, my water heater burst and flooded the entire apartment. I had to call them 5 times and email them 3 separate times to ask when they were going to replace the water heater and floors. After nearly a week of no communication they finally told me the water heater was waiting on approval. They did replace the water heater, but the floors never got replaced and began to warp. I just moved out and thank goodness because the people at the main office are so rude and unwilling to help with anything.

  This review is specifically for Carmie, who handles my account when I call in with issues. Which happened too often. She has been a great help in dealing with PMI since they took over my complex two years ago. She is always patient, and polite. Even though I often called in frustrated. She has easily been the best part of my PMI experience. Companies need more people like her, helping solve problems and calming upset customers. She is the 5 stars in this review.
