  Just like the other reviews that mention rental properties, there is now 8+ homes that have been handed over to management companies for renting. Need to have a cap + get rid of short term leasing. This is an absolute nightmare for new homeowners

  I highly suggest you look elsewhere if you’re trying to buy a home. The fresh community, with under 40 homes on the Pulte side, is growing quickly in rental homes. Unfortunately, for us actual homebuyers, we have to deal with unmaintained rental homes (grass taller than my knees, as an example) all throughout the neighborhood already due to the sales team okay’ing these homes to be used as rentals. Note, we moved in just 2 months ago, and if we would’ve known there was going to be 2+ rental homes next to us, this wouldn’t have been our choice. Another edit: talked to the HOA rep for us — there’s apparently no cap on rentals, so more to come!

  Wanting to rent? This is the place! Pulte loves to sell to investors! If you want to build and own a home don’t come here! Pulte has turned it into a for rent neighborhood already! Not worth it. We moved in two months ago. Most likely will be moving and listing the home. Thanks pulte for wasting our time and money. Very disappointing. Spend your money somewhere else unless you want to live by rentals that are already not being taken care of.

  We have enjoyed working with Kristen (but be aware, she moved to Lennar) in our home search. Always accommodating and prompt in answering emails. ETA: Kristen left Pulte for a competitor after we got to the design phase of our house. We were not pleased and felt stranded in the process. Abby, the designer went on vacation after our appointment & was then out sick which left us stranded with no answers. We were assigned to another sales associate who we did not mesh well with. He was condescending when we spoke and definitely made us feel like he was not here to help us. We were disappointed in the last part of our process with the sales office. However, Austin & Cade, the construction managers were OUTSTANDING to work with and really saved our interaction with Pulte.
