  I’ve lived at Cumberland Pointe for almost six years now, and I can honestly say that under Lacia’s leadership, this community feels like a brand-new luxury rental again. She is hands-down the best apartment manager we have had during my entire time here. From the moment you walk into the office, you can tell there’s been a positive shift. Lacia is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. She has brought a level of energy and attention to detail that was sorely needed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the common areas are always clean, and there’s a real sense of pride in the community that wasn’t there before. It’s not just about fixing things, t’s about the overall atmosphere. Under her management, the entire property has that upscale, well-maintained feel you’d expect from a much more expensive place. The grounds are well-kept, the amenities are in great shape, and it’s clear she holds the entire team to a high standard. If you’re looking for a place where the management truly cares and the community feels welcoming, Cumberland Pointe is the place to be. Thank you, Lacia, for all your hard work.   Lacia really went above and beyond for me. The commitment I've seen her give to making each resident she comes in contact with happy just amazes me. I've not ever worked so closely with a PM in my rental history. I highly recommend this community that she is sprinkling her sparkle to!

  If you’re like me and religiously read reviews this is for you. The Staff here are incredible, Did the Tour with Sarah and she heard my concerns about everything I was looking for and found the most adorable unit that’s fits my preferences. The application process was almost too easy lol and just getting to know the ladies in the office including the Property manager Lacia you can tell they care a lot about making people feel comfortable and accommodated. Love this place y'all, felt like I didn’t even need to go to my other tours today.

  I would like to give a shoutout to Sarah, Lacia, and Melissa! They were all extremely helpful and it was a blast just talking to them. They all had huge smiles on their faces and it made my day just getting to meet them. Thank you ladies, keep being awesome!

  I had such an amazing experience with this apartment community! From the very beginning, the process was smooth, welcoming, and professional. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like a place you can call home. I especially want to recognize Lacia and Sarah for going above and beyond throughout the entire experience. They were both incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had. Their communication and customer service were outstanding, and they genuinely made me feel valued and cared for. It’s rare to come across a team that makes such a positive impression, but Lacia and Sarah absolutely did. If you’re looking for an apartment community with amazing staff and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend this place!
