  Tony did an absolutely fantastic job while working with us! He was always on top of everything! Every late night call, late night text, and question was always answered promptly. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking to buy a house!

  Tony Cohen was amazing. He was so patient and helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I honestly don't think you can find a more helpful and caring Realtor. Prior to deciding on Monticello Ai used 3 other realtors short term in another location. Tony was by far better than any of the three, hands down. They were all good, but just don't compare.

  I can’t say enough great things about Tony! Buying real estate can be stressful, but Tony made the entire experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s not just a sale to him, he knows he’s making a huge difference in someone’s life and wants to make sure you get what you are looking for. I heard about Tony from family friends, he helped them find a house and they were always speaking highly about him. It has been years and they still keep in close contact. What really stood out was Tony’s honesty, responsiveness, and love for what he does. He really does go above and beyond. The man works literally 24/7! Thanks to his hard work and expertise, I ended up with a fantastic property at a great price, and I couldn’t be happier.   We just closed on our dream property in Monticello and Tony Cohen was our agent who by the way we were paired with on Zillow or Redfin by chance. At our first house we met I knew he was a good guy and a great realtor …no pressure and had knowledge of the area and directed us towards the homes he knew would be right for what we were looking for. Tony was amazing and so helpful which continued throughout the entire loan process start to finish he definitely kept the lender on track..I feel we not only have a new realtor but also a new friend in the area.
