  I’ve only been living in one of PMI Michiana’s properties for about two weeks, and I’m extremely disappointed with the condition the home was in when I moved in. I’ve had multiple issues, including a missing cabinet door, broken/dirty blinds, a rusted refrigerator with missing interior parts and a light that doesn’t work, a broken bedroom window, and other problems. My biggest concern has been the bathtub. I have children, and I simply want a clean, sanitary tub to bathe them in. The tub was and still is filthy when I moved in. I personally scrubbed it, but the staining/grime will not come off. I have contacted management trying to get the issue resolved, but I feel like I’ve been sent in circles instead of having the problem corrected. When I’m paying rent, move-in costs, and a security deposit, I expect the property to be clean, sanitary, and ready for occupancy at move-in. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience so far. I’m highly disappointed with how these issues have been handled and, based on my experience up to this point, I would not recommend PMI Michiana—especially to families expecting a clean and move-in-ready home.

  Spoke to more than 5 property managers and was convinced on the spot about PMI Michiana due to Stephanie's detailed feedback. She saw what others did not see. They took my property and turned it around. One thing you get from them without paying is high class interior decoration. I could barely recognize my house by the time they finished setting it up -- It was impeccable. Even-though I contacted them late into the football season, we already got football bookings which attest to their reputation. Very happy I choose them and hopeful I will work with them for a long long time.

  We had the pleasure of staying in a PMI managed property while our home was being restored after storm damage, and we couldn't have had a better experience. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it truly feel like home during a very stressful time. Everything we needed was provided. What really set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding service from PMI. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay was a positive one. They went above and beyond to accommodate our situation, and we are incredibly grateful for their kindness and exceptional customer service (they even sent us a text the night before trash pick up). If you are looking for a professional management company we highly recommend PMI!

  Absolutely unprofessional. I called eight times, left multiple voicemails, and never received a callback or any follow-up. As a real estate professional looking for a reliable property management company, this was extremely disappointing. Communication is one of the most important parts of this business, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking. I would not recommend this company to other real estate professionals based on my experience.

  Super unprofessional company, don’t show up for scheduled viewings, very unorganized. Has no consistency with all the places they post their properties. If you are a tenant looking and your time is valuable do not waste it with this company. They do not care 1 bit. Even messaged them to confirm the appointment I set up and yet still nobody showed up.
