  We had the pleasure of staying in a PMI managed property while our home was being restored after storm damage, and we couldn't have had a better experience. The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it truly feel like home during a very stressful time. Everything we needed was provided. What really set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding service from PMI. Their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay was a positive one. They went above and beyond to accommodate our situation, and we are incredibly grateful for their kindness and exceptional customer service (they even sent us a text the night before trash pick up). If you are looking for a professional management company we highly recommend PMI!

  Absolutely unprofessional. I called eight times, left multiple voicemails, and never received a callback or any follow-up. As a real estate professional looking for a reliable property management company, this was extremely disappointing. Communication is one of the most important parts of this business, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking. I would not recommend this company to other real estate professionals based on my experience.

  Super unprofessional company, don’t show up for scheduled viewings, very unorganized. Has no consistency with all the places they post their properties. If you are a tenant looking and your time is valuable do not waste it with this company. They do not care 1 bit. Even messaged them to confirm the appointment I set up and yet still nobody showed up.

  Would not attempt to do business with them in the future. Attempting to view a listing. Requiring an id before even allowing a viewing. Had them call me. And they hung up midway through the conversation. If this is how they operate when someone it is looking for a place to rent. I can only imagine how they operate once you are a tenant and have problems.
