- HTHanan TahirJun 19, 20265.0Jan is phenomenal at what she does. She is knowledgeable, easy to work with and she made our house buying process so simple. We would love to work with her again in the future.
- HLHolly LayJun 19, 20261.0Giving a one star for the sale that went finally through. As a seller to one of her clients. Documents were not signed during negotiations, would not respond to phone calls from my realtor, confused dates and times of closing. She requested repairs to be made prior to closing which I complied since it was stated it would be done quickly. Returned to my home with my linens used for water pick up. My tool box rummaged through the tools missing and faucet handles unattached and leaks under sinks. At this time I still had belongings In home and job was not finished. My realtor called her immediately as I sent pictures…and no response. Twice the documents were not signed 24 hours to 36 hours after deadline and I’m 100 percent her client was not aware of this and would have made them legally binded not responding within the deadline. Completely grateful that this unnecessary headache is over with. Integrity is an important quality to have. I may not have owned a near million dollar home however every sale should be treated the same.
