  Whitcomb Terrace Review (UPDATED) Zero Stars. I have been waiting almost 30 days for the maintenance team to address a flooding issue in my apartment that has now occurred for the third time. My maintenance request was submitted twice, back-to-back, yet it was marked as "completed" without the problem being resolved. Despite multiple emails, in-person conversation, and repeated assurances from the leasing office, no meaningful action has been taken. It raises the question of what the purpose of a maintenance request or a lease agreement is if management does not intend to honor its obligations. Unfortunately, this is just one example of the unprofessional and unethical conduct I have experienced from the management at Whitcomb Terrace Apartments. Throughout the past 2½ years, I have paid my rent in full and on time, yet I have not received the level of service or accountability that residents should reasonably expect. I also want to note that, in my experience, raising legitimate concerns respectfully has resulted in retaliatory behavior from the property manager, Tamara, rather than a good-faith effort to resolve the issues. As an Army veteran, I value integrity and accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Whitcomb Terrace Apartments to current or prospective residents. I encourage anyone considering living here to carefully weigh whether this is the level of management and service they are willing to accept.

  Wonderful staff nice apartments. Carpets were clean when I moved in everything smelt good and looked good. Very happy.
