His gentle, calm demeanor has always been stellar, and he's always willing to assist. Vonda is wonderful, always pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Dianne and Dionne have patiently and kindly helped me work through some issues that occurred. Overall, the staff is easy to work with, right down to cleaning and maintenance, and I have great neighbors. I gave it four stars because I'm disappointed with the overall upkeep of the buildings — they're falling apart. They're poorly and cheaply constructed, using inferior materials. It's not because staff, cleaners, and maintenance workers aren't trying, but because of what they have to work with. Luxury should not be included in the name.
