  Had an issue with some deadbolts and a seized up gas cap from a dryer intake line. JT handled it quickly and with no issue like a pro. Highly recommend

  Edit at bottom for update We recently moved into one of the complexes they manage. Since BEFORE we signed this lease, I brought up concerns. If you think they're going to actually call you back with a resolution to ANYTHING, think again... I couldnt even get ahold of anyone for days. They are always in "meetings", but I truly dont believe that. We submitted a maintenance request our first week here. They wont even have a technician out for a MONTH. Tell me, would you like that type of stress when youre first moving in somewhere? Edit: I made a google review, so pmi 'proactively' worked to reschedule my appointment to an earlier date. (Mind you, the first time I was contacted to change the date was at 8 AM for the SAME DAY while I was working, so of course I said no). They waited to post their response until we rescheduled (literally 5 minutes after) . If this is how I have to get my issues resolved, so be it, but dont play it out like the tenant is at fault for your error. Apologize, make it right, and go on. Trying to paint your tenants out as the problem each time instead of taking accountability is a bigger issue. Edit 2: Its now August 26. We had one maintenance call- the worker was amazing. Yet, we still have every issue we moved in with. PMI REALLY cares about their google reviews. Pretty sure all the 5 stars are either fake or JUST for maintenance. They dont know how to run a company of this size 🤷‍♀️
