  DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They will give you the landlord special. The house I rented was horrible they painted over dust and dirt. Kitchen drawers were never able to be used as they couldn’t slide in and off hinges. Asked to fix and they could not replace them and had no solution to the drawers. Garage door was broken and unable to be remote controlled before we moved in. Said it would get fixed and they replaced the door and left scraps of old one in garage. When moving they tried to charge me for the garage door not working when they never fixed it. They give you an option to dispute charges on your move out inspection. When you dispute the charges they just ignore it. When you ask for follow up they ignore it. THEY WILL EXTORT YOU FOR YOUR MONEY I cut the grass the day I moved out and they tried to charge me about $300 for lawn care when they did not complete a move out inspection until a month after I moved out. Overall a horrible company. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE DO NOT LIVE HERE

  You people are a joke!!! Useless an attic apartment above the old subway in kouts is not liviable at all I'm so glad we aren't there anymore!!! I'mletting people know not to rent there

  I had a great experience working with Bea. She was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help get everything resolved. Even though the process had a few bumps along the way, Bea stayed patient, communicated with me, and made sure things were taken care of.   Great customer service, but our experience with their website and the system overall was not so great. PMI NWI is not flexible with different income sources other than regular W-2 salary when it comes to income verification, and asks to put down a huge deposit that’s three times the monthly rent amount. It’s an understandable policy as a management company, but it can be a barrier for both the tenant and the landlord in proceeding further in signing the rental contract. They recently updated their tenant portal, resulting in troubles when updating autopay information. Thankfully their collections team was quick and helpful in resolving the issue. Lastly, you should know from your lease that they have a very strict policy on how the property should be repaired and cleaned when you move out. They don’t account for normal wear and tears. Be ready to lose a couple hundred dollars from your deposit if you can’t leave your place literally spotless (or the same condition as to when you moved in - you should keep evidence of all damages that were present from your time of move-in if you’d like to dispute their charges later on). Customer service is good. Mhelmar and Kristine genuinely helped us during our time with PMI. You can expect to receive a quick and helpful response to your inquiries or maintenance requests. Everyone is kind and will do their best to help you in the process.
