Edit: their reply is automated and a lie. I promise they do NOT have your best interest in mind and do NOT care to "look into" any issues. Read all the reviews before you rent. Ive noticed a pattern. Anytime there is a bad review, within 2 days there are at least 3 5-stars JUST about a maintenance worker. I have lived here 3 months. One thing has been fixed. ONE. Communication: only existent if they need something from you. God forbid YOU need something. I called 4 times in a day to get a simple "We forgot to order your part" LOL Look, I am VERY forgiving. This company has lied to us multiple times. They have gaslit us. And we already fear move out (whenever that will be ) because we know that they will do everything in their power to keep our security deposit. Dont rent from them if you have the means not to.

Scott and JT were great! They were both very friendly and professional. They came out within about 10 minutes of me scheduling the appointment to install my new blinds. Great experience overall!

If you are a homeowner near a home that is managed by this company - be warned. They will do nothing about disruptive tenants. My husband, infant son, and I are woken between 4-6 AM during the week due to their tenant. Edit: I am unsure if this business gets notified of edits. They state they take concerns seriously and to reach out to them. I have reached out to them on two separate occasions. The first time I was told by the lady who answered the phone that she will let whoever is in charge of the property know, as it would be considered a noise violation on their lease. She seemed genuinely concerned. The second time I called, I was told it is not something they actually deal with and to call the police by the same lady. It seemed as if she mentioned my concerns and was told it was a police matter, instead of their problem by whoever is in charge of the property. I was then transferred to a general call center. I have never received a call back from them, and I provided my name and phone number.
