  I’ve been dealing with a mice issue since October 2025. Property manager Argentina Aguilar , assistant property manager Brooke Haberlin, leasing manager Gerry Gaddy, maintenance manager James all have known about this issue and have purposely done things to delay making necessary repairs to stop infestation. They were making it seem like it was something I was doing wrong and that it was my unit specifically. However, the neighbors on the 3rd floor was dropping dead mice down from their balcony in front of my patio. They called in Terminex and I was harassed by two of the exterminators. One of the exterminators Adam Scott yelled at me and very aggressive body language as If he wanted to fight. Im not sure if her name was Brooke but she was a tall heavy set blond hair. Her and Adam Scott like they could be related, it was probably her son. She didn’t introduce herself. She even laughed with the exterminator as he was laughing at me and entertained his clown behavior. That’s just the most recent incident but before that a Joshua Goben was the exterminator and I noticed he didn’t want to do the work when he realized I didn’t want to speak with him on a personal level. I told my Argentina that he had been doing a poor job and why I thought he wasn’t focused on the actual issue. And Tina assured me that he would not be here to service my apartment anymore, but the next week he showed up at my door looking at me very evil. Argentina did not do the proper work that she needed to do to make sure that I didn’t encounter him again. I was so scared and terrified because I know he knows I put the complaint in. After that i didnt hear from Argentina for about a month. I had to reach out to her first. I let her know that I wanted to report this issue to her regional manager because I didn’t think that she was being honest with the Terminix supervisor and it does seem like she is covering for the two exterminators. I haven’t heard from the regional manager and it’s been 3 weeks. I do believe the property manager and regional manager has are both conspiring to ignore this issue and sweep it under the rug. I rent the updated apartments that charge more for upgrades. Also all these people are rude and the women in the office behave like an elementary clique.

  Our experience with Evergreen Luxury was absolutely undeserved and nothing we expected. For starters, our move in process was delayed by several days, creating additional stress on our personal situation at the time. We only stayed for 2 months before requesting a constructive eviction due to the complex failing to address a rotten, unsanitary, and concerning smell that was as coming from our fridge and kitchen. After maintenance “serviced” our unit, they entered our unit without permission and blamed us for the smell that was present before we moved in. Maintenance also failed to notify us that they had saw mouse droppings within our kitchen and end up denying that there was even a foul odor deriving from our fridge that was not working properly right before we left. Our unit was also dirty upon moving in and we had the worst upstairs neighbors who robbed us of having a peaceful ambience and home. There was old food left behind appliances and the bathroom was filthy. The toilet seat hadn’t been replaced and there was fecal matter on the toilet and sink. The complex failed to address the rodent issue by never providing pest control services. After reaching out to Corporate, the Regional Manager gave us permission to break our lease and stated we were entitled to receiving our deposit back. We have yet to receive our money back and had to find new housing in a short span of time. The floors are extremely thin and you can hear everything that the units above or below you are doing. Our unit was inhabitable due to noise pollution, rodent infestation, and a foul, rotten smell. We suspected that a rodent had died in the fridge or something because the smell could not be removed no matter how many times we tried to clean it. We left our unit in better condition than we had found it. It comes off as a beautiful, luxurious complex but it is nothing luxurious about it at all. We had made several complaints about everything before ultimately deciding we deserved better and deserved to be somewhere that values their residents. 0/5 stars if I could.
