  Does not care about their tenants from day 1, as soon as you sign that lease you’re screwed. They let me move all my stuff in to a bed bug infested house, and not only that I had a bat problem somehow? Mice droppings were all over my cabinets and floor when I first moved in. The cleaning fee for moving in clearly went into someone’s pocket and not applied to my unit, On top off all this asking for help was like pulling teeth. When I first moved in I had a broken front door and had to get a lock on my door first day. I moved out of their location one month after and have no regrets. My new landlord clearly has more care in the homes they own. Do not rent from them unless you want stress and to lose a bunch of money!

  Ms. Theresa LaCour is an OUTSTANDING real estate agent and resource. Ms. LaCour knows Acadiana, was so helpful to me getting reoriented to the area (which has changed so much over the years), had the most current information, understood the various developments and neighborhoods, and made my home search so much easier than it otherwise could have been! I'm delighted with the outcome and own a home in Acadiana for the first time in my life after living elsewhere for 40 years. Ms. LaCour also has an abundance of resources and collaborators that made my tasks infinitely easier. I cannot recommend Ms. LaCour and PMI Lafayette highly enough!! Thank You Ms. LaCour and PMI!!!

  I have lived in my little house for 6 years. This morning I woke up and I had a tree uprooted and fallen on my house. Called my landlord and within hours the tree was all cut down and they will be back out first thing Monday morning to fix the broken weather vien on the side of my house. Thay are awesome.... Great job PMI.

  Wendy and her team took over management of our rental in April and WOW - we didn't realize what we were missing out on. She is really on top of her communication, knows so many local contacts to help with rental issues/fixes, and is just all around so knowledgeable. Honestly, we are feeling a lot more optimistic about our rentals now that she is involved. Highly recommend PMI Lafayette! Cannot thank them enough for all of their efforts with getting our rentals up to speed.

  I got a tour today from Katie and Kacey! They both were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful with my tour at 2 different houses listed for rent! They have made me the most comfortable while being on tour of houses since moving to Indiana!
