I call to complain and I'm talked over the entire time and given attitude. Office staff always gives conflicting information and seems poorly trained. Rent isn't even cheap to make up for any of it.

They only come and do something if I push the issue and keep pushing the issue. Also not to mention my apartment building hasn't any hot water all weekend. They told me today they are just going to relite it till they get around to fix it. I have a 1 year old here and the living condition is crazy. Not to mention there are some lazy maintence workers or people who shouldn't be in maintance beUse they don't do anything unless there hand or pocket is getting held by the lead tech. Not to mention you call them out for an emergency and one maintence guy ask why we called them out there. And the same one also doesn't seem to care when it comes to emergency bc he half asses his job. You have to stay on a lot of the maintence people or they will just stand in the garage and be lazy.
