Lived with my brother and friends there at different times and it was a non stop nightmare. From not having hot water for 2 months, to no AC and maintenance not fixing it for a week while it was 100 degrees. Had our door kicked in and maintenance still took a week to fix our door and was a major safety concern. And that’s not even half of what happened and what’s happening to family/friends still living there.

Don’t move here. I moved into an apartment that had not been inspected. My toilet didn’t work and they fixed that, but it was dirty and I had to clean it. They have electronic locks on the doors and I am sitting outside in the hallway waiting for a half hour now for them to get me in my apartment. And once I get inside my stove microwave don’t work.

No one cares about the tenants. You need work done on anything? Don’t bother, they’ll send you a notification saying they completed your work order, but they never did anything, let alone show up. Office workers?? You have to go into the office and pretty much threaten them to get issues resolved. If they tell you they’ll call you back regarding literally anything?? Don’t hold your breath, they’re gonna wait until YOU call them back because they’re too lazy to pick up the phone and call back. I wish we never signed a lease with them. There’s several people I know that live/ have lived in Pheasant Run and Bay Point that have had similar experiences and are also no longer interested in living there. I don’t feel safe or comfortable living in a complex where the owners don’t give a shit about their tenants and their wellbeing.

Im glad I don't live at pheasant run no more use to live out there years ago. Now its gone way down hills trash cars in the parking lot. Half of Chicago lives out there smells like weed out there trash everywhere no thank you its not even safe anymore out there. Amd what they want for rent its not even worth it. And plus window blinds are all torn up in the windows so that makes the place even more trash and the windows are shot nope ill stay away
