  My husband and I lived here for about a year, and we were so sad to move (due to his job). The apartment was cozy, leasing office was easy to get in contact with, maintenance always responded in at least a day, and the area is super safe. Not to mention to the leasing managers were amazing. I could go on and on, we are so thankful we got to call this place home for the time we lived here :)

  Hawthorne is a very nice community to live in. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff is always quick to solve maintenance issues when they pop up. The neighborhood is safe and well maintained. As a trans person I feel safe and respected living here and would recommend it to other queer people looking for a safe and quiet environment.

  Very nice area to line. The aparmnet management team is very helpful and nice. The aparment complex respounds and gets things fixed very quickly for you. It’s a very good place to live.

  I have lived at Hawthorne for about 4 years now. My experience living here has been nothing but exceptional. Maintenance : The service team have been always been available within the 24 hrs of raising a request Leasing office: The community manager Carisa Richardson is the best. She has always been understanding and helpful to the tenants. Location: With a school within a block, a good lake view, it is a good location for the price point and very safe neighborhood

  Well I thought this was a nice place to live but I guess whoever they let work there now. Is no help! And they hang up on you when you try to talk to them and ask for help. Very rude!! Would not recommend to live there! New management is the office is not worth it. Might as well live at pheasant run! You’ll get the same service for a cheaper price!
