  Finally moving out of our CRM home, we’ve been wanting to for years! I won’t be renting through CRM EVER again! We have had issues with his house, and have reached out for years asking them to come out and check the issues. Was it ever done no. It was never looked at. They never once cared. We’ve had a leak in the roof for years, asked them to come check it out, due to it causing moisture in the house. Did they? Not once did they come out and look at it. This company is the worst to rent through! We also have had plumbing issues in this house, and contacted them about it, they didn’t care when it was backing up through the toilet, bathtub, all over the bathroom floor! Never again will I be renting through CRM Properties, and some many more issues they didn’t care to even come out to look at. Never again. Reading through some other reviews, seems like we aren’t the o my one who has had this issue, especially with black mold, and CRM not caring about the health risks.

  Megan was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was professional, friendly, and promptly took care of all of my questions and concerns. She made the leasing process easy and stress-free, and I really enjoyed working with her. I truly appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great leasing experience!

  This year me and some friends decided on getting a home for housing. We thought this would be a lot of work and hard, but we were lucky and had Jennelle who was amazing. She made every step of the process easy for us and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I would recommend her anytime anyone is looking for help she truly was amazing!

  Janelle was a great to work with during the leasing process. She was very helpful answering questions, patient, and assisted to make process very efficient. Paperwork was all electronic and we were able to complete it during short timeframe due to property availability. Many thanks!

  Absolutely the worst company to rent from I’ve been waiting for a response back on rentvine from Meztli M about our WiFi for almost a month! They were so attentive at first but when we got assigned this case manager she doesn’t care takes FOREVER to respond. We just moved in and have so many issues and they make it impossible to get ahold of anyone! I called Tuesday and asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and two days later still waiting for a call back! Meztli happened to answer and decided that’s when she wanted to address problems and act like she wanted to help when the point of the chat is for us to communicate! Then she proceeded to belittle me after I had told her to go through our chats so she can see every concern I had that she didn’t respond too! The townhome we moved into has so many issues they didn’t inspect it properly I’ve expressed that I’m 8 months pregnant and need to get this maintenance issues resolved and no one seems so care! Their maintenance crew came in tracked mud all over the white carpet and left a strong odor of cigarette all upstairs didn’t have proper attire and marked me down 12-2 never showed up and said he accidentally scheduled me 2-4! This was the third time they scheduled maintenance and I’ve had issues! I regret putting trust tinto this company to find our home for the next year and I don’t recommend them at all!
