  Quiet community, plenty of parking lots. Pets stations around the community. I appreciate the lot of storage spaces the apartment has. Shower instead of bathtub is great. They keep the areas clean. I need some maintenance in two occasions and they take care of it immediately. If you have a small dog you can choose from the apartments that have a small gated patio. My doggy love it. They are working on a pet spa and an area to wash and vacuum your car. I also appreciate the complimentary coffee at the clubhouse. What I don’t like is the size of the refrigerator. I prefer a side by side or one with a bigger freezer. This place is at a walking distance from the shopping center and about a minute from the highway 65. This is a great place to live! Ms. Jessica is very helpful. If you want to move here, give my name as a reference!😁

  I’ve been here for a little over 9 months and have been nothing but pleased with my experience! The apartments are spacious, the amenities are terrific, the staff is courteous, the groundskeeping is proficient and the convenience of shops near is unbeatable. I am lucky to live in such a great community!

  Don't not move to this community. I recently moved in and they do not have the amenities that they advertised! There's no dog park, no pet spa, or car wash! They are STILL building them! Which they did not disclose upon moving in! Also, there's no time-line or date of completion in sight that the management team can give you! Ridiculous and terrible business practices. They mislead people to believe that they have certain amenities and they don't! Being under construction doesnt mean you have the amenities! It means you're adding them still because residents cant access them. So, you'll pay full rent for services you're not getting! (Response) The Construction Addendum is talking about existing amenities and or renovations! It does NOT state in anyway that certain amenities are still under construction. Also, the law states there should be a reasonable date of completion. The amenities were scheduled to be complete in FALL of 2025 and here it is almost summer 2026 and no date on when they'll be open. Additionally the gift cards were not good faith gesture because you asked me to take down or edit my review. Which is why I haven't used them! I will gladly return them and stand by my review. What you guys are doing is simply not right and you know it.

  Quiero agradecer a Jacki, la manager de The Warren Apartments, por su excelente atención. Desde el primer momento fue muy amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier duda. Su profesionalismo y buena actitud hicieron que todo el proceso fuera mucho más fácil. Realmente se nota que se preocupa por los residentes y por brindar un buen servicio.
