Maintenance team does a great job, love to brag on them however I cannot say the same for the rest of this place. Parking is rare to find past 5pm. Lots of unsupervised kids running around banging on walls in the hall, screaming loudly and running into cars. Car wash is a great bonus and the pool is very spacious. No complaints with the units besides the neighbors upstairs bowling all hours of the night. Constant marijuana smell.

I have tried to get into contact with this campus several times to try to look into leasing. Anytime I have drove past there are people parked in the middle of the road and the signs on the door always say out for lunch and I have come twice in the same day before and they are out for lunch twice?? Talk about unprofessional. Driving thru the community their dumpsters are always spilling out trash everywhere!!!! This is such an unsanitary community for the prices they put on their website.!! OUTRAGEOUS!

My partner and I have lived here for over a year. We recently have been in the process of purchasing our first house and were a little behind on our 60 days notice due to traveling and working. The couple times I have tried to walk directly to talk to someone prior whenever I could, but the office either closes earlier than the scheduled hours they claim the have or they’re just gone. Whenever we did manage to turn in our letter we wrote that we were late by a couple days from undergoing the purchasing of our house, however the lady working at the front desk immediately glanced over it and told us we now had to pay $500 more when we leave but still have to be out by our original date. It feels very ironic people have to work around their schedules however whenever you finally manage to catch someone who works in the front office, they immediately shut you down and won’t work with you. We have always paid on time, cleaned up after our dogs when outside (which is a bigger ask to half of this community than you think) and have kept to ourselves. Our dogs have become the best or friends with Craig in maintenance and he’s been wonderful to talk to as we come and go, however the front office will not work with you and does not care. They won’t care about others walking their dogs off leash and running after your dogs when you bring it up to them (they’ll ask for pictures of the person / dog and when you show them they’ll say they can’t do anything without proof). They won’t do anything to fix the overflow parking situation - but if you don’t have a sticker they sure will tow you very quickly off the lot! They claim they’re community centric until they have to care for their community, or they’ll host ‘community’ events (which is just a food truck more often than not?) to mask their lack of ability of listening what their residents actually need / want from them. All of this to say, avoid this place if you can. The apartment sizes are nice and spacious sure, the maintenance people actually care (thank you Craig), however the front office needs to hold themselves to the same standards they hold their own community and tenants to. I’m not mad or upset, I’m disappointed. Do better to try to listen to people when they approach you versus waiting to see if they leave a bad review just to go into PR mode and act like you care and try to fix things then.

Not sure why it's a Kentucky/Indiana standard to not have washer & dryers already in the apartment on move in... they're offered to you if you sign a 13 month lease which tells me that offering a complete product (apartment) is only based on if you plan on staying a while. I have a short term lease... whatever. The mailroom situation is really bad. Even with the Luxer (amazon lockers, basically) I had to search through 23 other people's packages left freely on the floor to find mine... and a couple were marked as delivered but weren't there. Conveniently with no dropoff picture attached. I hate the trash valet service. It existed in my Colorado apartment aswell. There's tons of rules so that they can be lazy and not do the one thing they're meant to– which is pick up trash. You can get charged extra for not having their special bin holding your trash bag and a whole litany of other rules. I don't use the service because it sucks, but it is mandatory that you pay for it. You don't have a choice to opt out. If I'm forced to pay for it, it shouldn't suck. Anyway the ladies that run the place are really nice and the apartment was clean and so far has been fun to live in. Signing was easy and professional, so at least when it comes to the actual living situation things have been smooth so far. I don't often write reviews, but I'm currently sitting in the parking lot of a laundromat waiting for my stuff to clean since I haven't struck a Facebook Marketplace washer and dryer yet... figured why not since I have the time & felt sour enough to go out of my way and write this.
