I cannot sleep because of the heat, my plants have died and they still do not respond, this is the second time that they have not solved the problems in time, I no longer know where to communicate and that they have solved my problem.
- MPMatthew PruettJul 20, 20263.0Average apartment experience. Moved in and the place wasn't ready, dirty light fixtures, bulbs were out and the washer dryer weren't even hooked up. Submitted a maintenance request for the bulbs,they don't replace them and they charge 5$ per bulb even though they were out when we moved in? Again, average apartment experience, not below the rest, but not above either.

- LLLJMay 12, 20262.0Maintenance team does a great job, love to brag on them however I cannot say the same for the rest of this place. Parking is rare to find past 5pm. Lots of unsupervised kids running around banging on walls in the hall, screaming loudly and running into cars. Car wash is a great bonus and the pool is very spacious. No complaints with the units besides the neighbors upstairs bowling all hours of the night. Constant marijuana smell.
