  Brittany Elliott is a gem of a mortgage lender, for a newbie like me into the lending process, she was the hand I needed to hold me through it. We were four hours behind her while in the process of buying our new home, and she adapted to support us. Educated us, fought for us, and more than supportive while the distance was a barrier. Would highly recommend her for anyone close by or far away moving to the Southern Indiana/Louisville area.

  Kathy went above and beyond in so many ways throughout the closing process. Not only did she quickly and efficiently get our mortgage approved, but she took the initiative to readily find solutions for all the unexpected challenges that presented themselves throughout. My wife and I incurred unexpected medical issues, hospital stays and surgeries in the lead up to our closing. Kathy quickly found solutions that enabled us to close on time, and as smoothly as if we had no other competing priorities. Kathy not only setup a Notary to come to our house, so that my wife could sign over Power of Attorney to myself, she set up a Virtual Closing on our new home purchase, which was the quickest and most efficient closing we have ever been a part of. Combine all that with Kathy's prompt, frequent and informative communication, we have never had a better experience in obtaining a mortgage and going through the closing process, and my wife and I have now purchased 9 homes, and re-financed multiple others. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone who is looking for mortgage services.
