  If I could give Kathy more than 5 stars, I would. Our mortgage process was anything but simple. My wife and I have some unusual income situations, including incentive pay structures that weren't always straightforward on paper. Time after time, Kathy found solutions and kept everything moving forward when it seemed like another obstacle had popped up. What impressed me most was that she never just did the minimum. Whenever I felt like communication had stalled or another part of the transaction wasn't moving as it should, Kathy stepped in, took charge, and got things done. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure we stayed on track. One example that really stood out was when an unexpected service needed to be paid for, and neither the seller nor I was willing to cover the upfront cost. Kathy personally covered the expense herself and simply waited until closing to be reimbursed. That level of commitment and confidence in her clients is something you rarely see. Throughout the entire process, Kathy was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and relentless in finding solutions. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone like Kathy in your corner makes all the difference. If I could hire Kathy as a friend, a lawyer, a teacher, or even a mother, I'd do all four. That's how much I trust and appreciate her. Thank you, Kathy, for helping us get into our home. We couldn't have done it without you.

  Brittany was the best to work with! So professional & efficient. She was on vacay when I first contacted her for my pre-approval and still got it done that day for me!! I cannot recommend her enough and feel like I now have a friend through this process as well!

  Brittany Elliott is a gem of a mortgage lender, for a newbie like me into the lending process, she was the hand I needed to hold me through it. We were four hours behind her while in the process of buying our new home, and she adapted to support us. Educated us, fought for us, and more than supportive while the distance was a barrier. Would highly recommend her for anyone close by or far away moving to the Southern Indiana/Louisville area.
