- MLMisty LeeMay 17, 20264.0I am coming up to my renewal in August and believe I will renew. Maintenance is timely and helpful whenever I have had an issue. My only issues are that the amenities are not up to par. Having the pool closed after 6pm and on weekends really bothers many of us. There needs to be a handicap access available as well. Also the kids playground could really use some love. Maybe some shaded area and benches for parents who want to be responsible and watch their kids. Safety wise I do feel safe in the community. We have cameras around the community and the place is kept up well. The trash cans do get overfilled often and that’s an eyesore, but really we just need to go back to bigger cans. I know it seems knit picky but we pay a good penny for having so many issues with amenities.

Have to give a bad review though because no matter how nice these apartments are, it’ll never outweigh how badly the maintenance team here is treating us. The fan in our AC unit went out a couple weeks ago and we reported it to maintenance, they came to “fix it” a couple days later. They got the fan going again but did such a poor job, the whole entire AC unit was shaking and wobbling out of control and making noises so loud it could be heard from the other side of the building. Immediately reported the same day, told them it’s going to self destruct if not fixed very soon and I even texted them videos of what it was doing. Four days later it still has not been fixed and it shook itself until the Freon line to the radiator snapped off. We’ve currently been completely without AC now for two days and the outside temperature has been in the 90’s. I pay almost $900 a month for a 1 bedroom and this is how we’re being treated.
