  I’m a current resident with Wilmoth Group, and I had an issue with my back door, this property agency took over from the last landlord we worked with meaning I’m in a new lease contract. When I told Matt who is managing our property he got to us right away, he took his time with me to clear up any confusion we had on this lease change and so far so good! They’re very professional and well organized company. They’re also coming to fix our door Monday. The last landlord never fixed it at all. Thanks!

  Terrible service, they claim to deliver the house in good condition when it is in very bad condition to charge expensive application very bad service and they do not solve instantly
