  Morgan assisted in explaining very thoroughtly some postings in the portal. She took the time to explain everything perfectly. I really appreciated that! She was able to turn around my questions very expediently as well. It's nice to know you have a property manager that will take the time to answer questions.

  I met one of your field technicians Matthew at your property on 24th Street while he was completing an inspection. I asked him if you might be putting this house back up for rent but sadly you are selling it. Matthew was incredibly helpful at answering my questions and I will be looking into the other properties that the Wilmouth Group has for rent!

  Not upfront about what they’re looking for in the application process. They don’t answer their phone or call back after leaving a voicemail. Had multiple interactions via text and one call and none were friendly.

  I want to thank Jason for another smooth renewal inspection! He is very friendly, helpful and genuinely cares about making sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need and that all appliances are working properly. Thanks for your help!

  This is the second rental through Wilmoth but my first time renewing my lease so Matt came out to do a renewal inspection, he was kind/respectful and very knowledgeable; he let me know everything I needed to know about what he was doing and what may have to be done: Matt also measured the furnace and sent the correct measurements to whom it may concern so I’d receive the correct filters for the furnace for future deliveries so a big thanks to him for his excellent service.
