  Had black mold infested apartments they did nothing about and ignored. They never answer the phone when you call go ahead and try they don’t answer. They also will take your security deposit do no rent from these people.

  They said he said no because they don’t have my updated number in the system. I told them that I have been contacted by them before with this number when I submitted one of my old maintenance request so what’s different now? That was one of the two times that I ever spoke to them on the phone but obviously it means they do have my updated number. The only other time that I talked to them on the phone was when I sent them an email with my callback number letting them know that I’ve been trying to get in contact with them since April. It’s really hard to get them on the phone. They sit in the office all day and let the phone ring and ring and ring. If you don’t believe me then call them right now and I bet you they won’t answer. My phone number is updated on my end in the system so it’s updated on theirs too they’re just liars who are very money hungry. Never rent from them because if you do they will inconvenience you many times and you will never get accommodated for it. They just want their money and don’t care about you as a person. They don’t care about the safety of you or the property. They just want their money every month. When I had submitted a maintenance request for my toilet leaking it took them forever to fix it and they added extra money on my rent because the utilities are connected with the rent. The water fee was very high and they knew about the leak and even when I asked for an accommodation once again I never heard anything back about it. So basically it’s the same answer as the other times. No. I have had mold in my bathroom ceiling too before and their way of fixing it was to paint over it. Therefore, it’s still there. There has been multiple leaks in this house and even with leaks they still take a long time to fix them. The house is probably gonna fall apart by next year if I’m being honest. Even when the back of my house was falling apart and a part of the wall was hanging on a cord it still took them forever to come fix it and the house probably could’ve blew up at anytime because like I said it was a piece of the back of my house stuck on a cord outside. If you’re a fan of being inconvenienced a lot and never accommodated then this company is for you but if you’re like me and hate being inconvenienced but even if you are you would be ok had they accommodated you in any sort of way then this place isn’t for you. I am so fed up with this place and will never recommend to anyone that I know. I’m so fed up that I couldn’t even wait until my lease is up to write this review. My lease is up in march of next year and I’m stuck here because I’m signed to a death row contract apparently since that’s what they’re making it seem like. So when I do move out in march I’ll be submitting another review on this place again with updated pictures of everything that happens from now til then because I know for a fact that they’re going to keep inconveniencing me like they’ve been doing this whole time. So this is for now and the second part will be in march. If you have sense, don’t move here. They don’t respect their tenants so I’m done respecting them. The landlord obviously think he’s above the law because he doesn’t respect anybody including the people who is working for him at that office. When they told me that they were going to reach out to him for an answer it still took a long time. It’s hard to get in contact with him and the company and it’s even hard for the company to get in contact with him too. If you’ve made it to this part of the message then thank you and be smarter than me. Don’t rent from this money hungry company. Save yourself the trouble because you will indeed be inconvenienced multiple times, never accommodated, and disrespected but yet they still want you to pay your rent in full on time. What a joke. I would rate it 0 stars if I could.
