  I’m giving my review due to my overall experience when attempting to move-in in June. My tour with Jayda went lovely. I was excited to move into the community. But I was let down with the miscommunication that was happening in the office. I feel as though I was passed around , not knowing who I was making contact with via email I am self employed which is maybe the reason i had to go through extensive measures to verify my identity. I was told I could not be accepted with a photo or a copy of my social security so I had to make an appointment in Bloomington Indiana to have a SS card sent. I asked can I just use the apartment unit I had applied for but I was told no. Even after letting the manager know my situation I still had to wait 7 days to retrieve the mail which I barely had a place to stay. Lastly I made an appointment with an agent to see the unit before move in and the specific agent failed to put me on schedule or even mention it. I am African American and I just didn’t feel prioritized or empathized.

  Toured this property twice. Apartments were clean and spacious, wit great amenities. Holly and Jaida were both excellent tour guides; they were friendly and quite knowledgeable about the property. Convenient location to highway and shopping; would definitey recommend.

  Would have given 5 stars but they have flock cameras all over the property spying on the dog park and other areas. Gives me the creeps that the rent payments are going to spy on my neighbors. Please remove the flock systems, its a serious invasion of peoples privacy and makes me feel worry just leaving the complex to run errands.

  At the beginning i should have know when my very first package was stolen that i made a bad decision to live here. Towards the end of living (last 1 or 2 years) someone new took over as the property manager. She got rid of any perks for renewal of your lease. Also if you had a perk before she started, she would take it away. Such as a free car port when you renewed the lease. Mush be willing to deal with gun shots right outside your back door.( i have video proof). Thwy say that there is a security or off duty police officer patrolling the area at night but there are still random cars with people sleeping in them. The maintenance staff is laking on how to fix something the first time. Only time I had gotten something fixed right the first time, it was a outside company. I also had 2 dogs i was able to get ESA certified while living here. I submit the documents to prove both dogs were ESA certified. They wanted me to fill out a document studying why I need it my ESA animals. When it clearly said in the documentation I had submitted. When moving to a different location they did not need anything else besides my ESA certification for my dogs. I would highly recommend finding a different apartment complex to live in. They rather buy an new golf cart and let contractors block your parking spot and damage your property that's on your patio or even your car.
