I have been living here for a few months and the maintenance has been great! They are fast at coming in to check any issues and the main office staff is very kind. It is a quiet and peaceful place to live.

- DBDelano BolingMay 12, 20261.0Before we moved in there was stains in the carpet.we had to keep on them to put new carpet in.not the stained carpet from last people that live there.finally about a 2 weeks before we moved.thay replace carpet.moved in noticed refrigerator leak.dishwasher was filthy.imean filthy! Had a roach in it.i took it apart piece by piece.cleaned it.back patio concrete was splitting.ask them about that.and they said .get this as long as know one tripping over it it,s fine no they make you sign a 2 year lease.because they know.our apt had excessive dust need duck clean.we sneezed all the time.but the worst thing for me was the geese.shit everwhere.and the poor glaze of the tub.with in a year.brown stains would pop up and bubbles formed.next peeling.ask the about it said we would have to leave for 72 hrs.and go where.later after we moved they where billing me.me.with paying for there poorly glaze tub.i paid my rent for 4 months even tho I was no longer there. doing the right thing.if could go back.i promise I would not have moved there lesson learned.on top of it work and do foster had a infant at the time so just can't just move like that.
