Extremely mismanaged, highly unprofessional, and discriminatory. I waited on a waitlist for nearly a year for an LIHTC unit, only to be sent automated emails asking for move-in documents and insurance for a unit they later told me didn't even exist.
When I went into the office for help because their online system was broken and my emails were ignored, the leasing agent was entirely dismissive. She openly discussed another tenant's private issues in front of me and told me to just go look at other properties she didn’t have their numbers but gave me the name, said I “would have better luck there.” The blatant discrimination happened when someone else walked in—the agent immediately jumped up to greet them and offer them a seat, while I was left standing. She then actually asked if I wanted to get on her computer to fix my own application glitch because she didn't know how, and walked off to help the other person.
They took my $17 application update fee just to brush me off. I have given them weeks to fix this, in hopes that maybe the property manager was out of the office and that was a brand new employee who was still in training but here we are 2 weeks later, no phone calls, no emails, NOTHING. They do not answer their phones, she ignored the non stop ringing the entire time I was there, management does not return calls, and they treat people completely differently based on skin color. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

I stay here currently and it's okay please but they really need to pick up the fixing in here when I first moved in there was roaches everywhere but they fixed it right away, now pets control comes every other Wednesday to spray any word roaches might be hiding and I'm glad for that they doing something good I need to fix the call boxes. Because every now and again my packages keep getting stolen and they don't have cameras in the hallways who's stealing them Amazon to be on the lookout for your packages is you living here.

I give 4 stars because my stay here since 2023 has been great , nothing to complain about , even when the management switched i had no issues with either landlords , the outside appearance got nicer/cleaner. The ladies in the office are organized and work swiftly to answer all questions and concerns.
Now the only Cons i have , are not being able to reach the office via phone/email, I know things get busy , but tenants are still priority , maintenance - i have put in work orders i believe three times since i renewed my lease in April 2025 , no one has yet come to do anything , but i digress in that because my lease is coming to an end.
Other than that this is a decent place to stay in , the area may be busy, but it’s a nice ,spacious ,& updated apartment. My very first place and it did me and my kids no wrong!
I love my apartment, everything is convenient to get to. I'm not going anywhere.
I only been living here 2 1/2 Years, and I'm not ready to leave but you don't get any respect for the elderly and Disabled, between the music and the noise 24 7, you can't sleep, it's sad the people's in this building don't care about others, and it's not a bad place to live in either. I like it here.
