- VHVicky HoJun 5, 20265.0I have been living here for almost a year now. The management and maintenance teams are great, and my neighbors have been wonderful as well. However, I am still debating whether to renew my lease or move somewhere else. Renewing for a short-term lease of six months would increase my rent to $2,000 per month, not including utilities. If I want to transfer to another unit on a higher floor, I would need to sign a 12-month lease but the problem is that I'm not sure whether I will still be in town for that long. But overall great place to live and great location.

I Didn't know if I was going to renew my lease because I didn't know I was going to stay in town and they were able to push back my 60 day notice and get me into a better apartment for cheaper in the long term.
