What a blessing! This Community is Home and where my heart is. Having lived here at The Lodge for over 16 years is proof of how much I love this property! The Team Members are each exceptional individuals and together are like no other, caring for their property like none I ever lived or heard of before this... They truly do care about each of the tenant's needs and go above and beyond to address them in the most timely and professional and caring way. This is a family. Thank you Lodge and Zidan for all you do! Angie N.

I strongly encourage anyone considering The Lodge Apartments to proceed with extreme caution. ***ROACHES*** My experience living here has been deeply troubling and, at times, unacceptable from a health and safety standpoint. Shortly after moving in, my apartment flooded on day one due to an upstairs plumbing issue, resulting in property damage. While I was fortunate to have renters insurance, no tenant should start a lease under those conditions. The property has had ongoing pest control concerns, including a severe roach infestation and a separate mouse issue. After I contacted the Health Department, pest control visited and stated I was the only resident reporting problems—however, shortly afterward, a mass communication was sent acknowledging similar issues in another building. This contradiction was concerning and felt dismissive of legitimate complaints. In addition, there have been repeated environmental and maintenance issues, including significant flooding in the parking lot that lasted several days, making basic access to my vehicle difficult and unsafe. Communication and tenant relations have also been problematic. Instead of resolving concerns, I experienced what felt like RETALIATION after raising issues about noise and living conditions, culminating in being given a 30-day notice to vacate. This has caused unnecessary financial and personal strain for sick brother who has COPD and myself his caregiver. I share this not out of anger, but to ensure prospective tenants are fully informed. Safe, sanitary housing and respectful communication should be the standard—not the exception. ****I recommend carefully evaluating all factors before signing a lease here***

A relative of the office staff moved in above us on our 3rd year living at the Lodge. This person kept his two dogs (one quite large) on his balcony most of the time and rarely walked them. The dogs went to the bathroom on the balcony and it dropped onto our patio and onto us below. I spoke to the neighbor and office staff several times and provided staff with pictures (I ended up with 47 pictures and videos of separate incidents). When the issue was not resolved several months later, we asked to end our lease as it was not a sanitary living condition. We were told no because we "didn't complain enough". I would never recommend anyone to live in a place that tolerates such a disgusting situation and is run by inconsiderate and unprofessional staff.

This place has been great to live at. It's affordable and the layout of the apartments are actually really roomy for how much you are paying. It's quite, never noisy, the walls are pretty sound proof. Maintenance has always been great and taken care of whatever needs fixed right away when calling it in. And the ladies that work at the office are the nicest people! They really do what they can to make this place the best it can be for everyone which I really appreciate.
