  if you’re looking to move in this apartment just think twice..the management is not care about anything here i have issue with gas stove its not working and I complain about it 4 times after two weeks one guy came in and told us ill talk to the manager maeb its need to b replaced still we are waiting them to fix it.. every time we go to the office no body is in the office and closed time is 5 o clock but if you went there at 4:30 🕟 they put at the door we will back in 15 minutes i wait there till 5 and back on Monday i visit again and the lady told me ill send your complain to management its been 4 weeks still waiting other thing they not have any cameras around the building if you have any bad happens here no body can find out they have only one camera by the office.. our lease is expired on august 2026 and we are waiting to moov from here asap.. other thing is electricity bill. We are not living in the apartment for the past 3 weeks, yet there are days of electricity usage between 40 to 90 kWh. I have lived in much bigger homes, and much colder weather, never had electric bills this high. Something is not done right on how the tenants electricity is charged. Be ready to brace for an arm and leg to pay for electricity if you decide to rent this place.our monthly rent is $1885 and if you late even one day to pay date they charge $100 fine but if you have any issues they not care about it

  We met with Sam and she gave us a tour of an apartment. She is such a nice, helpful human. We went ahead and she walked us through the lease process. When we moved in there was a welcome home basket with all kinds of goodies. She always checks in on us to make sure we love the apartment and make sure there aren’t any issues. The apartments are so nice. They are new with stainless steel appliances and tons of kitchen counter and cabinet space! We love the amenities such as clubhouse, pool, playground for kiddos, and the walking trail. The location is great as well. It’s so close to any restaurant or grocery store you could possibly need.

  Sam was amazing when looking for a new home for our family! We have been here for almost a year now and have had no problems! We absolutely love it here!

  Amazing property, very quiet, clean!! I worked with Sam for my rental, since day one she has been helpful, receptive and honest, every question or concern she took care of it!!!
