- CHCaitlin HaleApr 22, 20265.0We met with Sam and she gave us a tour of an apartment. She is such a nice, helpful human. We went ahead and she walked us through the lease process. When we moved in there was a welcome home basket with all kinds of goodies. She always checks in on us to make sure we love the apartment and make sure there aren’t any issues. The apartments are so nice. They are new with stainless steel appliances and tons of kitchen counter and cabinet space! We love the amenities such as clubhouse, pool, playground for kiddos, and the walking trail. The location is great as well. It’s so close to any restaurant or grocery store you could possibly need.

My last apartment experience in North Carolina was absolutely awful I was home owner before this and unfortunately had to get away from the property due to a divorce I was worried if this was going to be a another bad experience however they have made it a great experience, the units are super nice. Only Criticism is the maintenance guys were a little messy getting the unit ready there was some light paint splatter on the cabinets and floor but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned. other than that 5/5 !
- CTChem TutorDec 19, 20252.0The electric bill is rip-off, $250 for November-December even when the thermostat is set for 65. We are not living in the apartment for the past 3 weeks, yet there are days of electricity usage between 40 to 90 kWh. I have lived in much bigger homes, and much colder weather, never had electric bills this high. Something is not done right on how the tenants electricity is charged. Be ready to brace for an arm and leg to pay for electricity if you decide to rent this place.
