  I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone. In my case, the apartment I live in had so many defects—starting with the drains; the doors aren't aligned properly, and the kitchen cabinets won't even open because of the paint. I had to replace an entire door because I got locked in the bathroom when the latch came loose and fell off. Management's service is HORRENDOUS, and don't even get me started on maintenance; I had to wash my dishes in the shower because they didn't come to fix the sink for nearly two weeks after I reported it. I requested help with my apartment ceiling five days ago because it's breaking apart, and they still haven't come to fix it—yet they are certainly efficient when it comes to collecting rent. I do not recommend this place; it's expensive, the apartments are worn out—especially the washing machines—and they don't perform maintenance on anything or ever respond to requests. I am an immigrant, and the staff's treatment of me has been extremely discriminatory; they don't speak to me or suggest other ways to communicate, but simply ignore what I say and disregard me. I also asked for help getting my home fumigated because it is full of cockroaches, yet they haven't managed to come and do it. It is negligent and deplorable to live like this when you ask for help and it is not provided.

  My overall experience has been excellent anytime. Something breaks down in my apartment. They fix it as soon as possible and anytime I have questions. They are willing to answer my questions expeditiously fast. My apartment is also well put together and spacious

  Do not move here! Expect whatever price they advertised to be $200 more for mandatory WiFi & Valet Trash. This has been by far my worst experience in renting. Bad communication from the office. They do not answer the phone after 4pm. Did not respond to my emails or text. I had to physically go up there the entire process. Every time I got there I was told something different. I went from the first unit I applied for to being told it wouldn’t be ready by my move-in date, so I should take a different unit they offered and change my move-in date to sooner. They told me it would increase the price a little, whatever. I agreed. Spent about two weeks trying to get an answer to what fees would be due at move-in. After I went up there and got that information, I received an email saying the information I was given was incorrect and reflected last years prices. The day I was going to transfer my utilities over I noticed someone was what looked to be moving into the unit I was told was mine (1A). I stopped in and they told me they made another error and my unit was actually 1B. I completely stopped the process and asked that they let me view the unit once it’s ready before moving forward. I heard nothing for another week. Then I go up there again to see when it would be ready. They told me 6/15. I got off work early for that day only to arrive and be told it was not ready yet. They said it could be ready Friday. (My move-in date is the following Monday6/22) 20 minutes after leaving, I receive a call saying it actually is ready and I could view it. Took me a couple days to get the time off work When I go to view the unit. I was sent by myself to see the unit. Absolutely not what was advertised! In no virtual tour, nor physical tour was I ever informed I’d have a HVAC drain running across my living room stapled to the wall. That caused the water to back up into the utility closet and the unit smelled undeniably like MILDEW. I checked around the other units and did not find a drain coming out like the unit they tried giving me. Along with that, the unit was visibly not cleaned. From hair on the baseboards, (the ones that were still there), what appeared to be dog FECES on the carpet in the bedroom, Cobb webs along the ceiling, dirt dust and grime on the closet door. The paint was bubbling in areas from them painting over dirty surfaces. The dishwasher was filthy. Closet door missing handle, they painted over the closet rack that was literally off the wall! The utility door was completely falling apart and they told me they wouldn’t replace it and I couldn’t replace it myself. The stove surface was in terrible condition, and I was told they don’t do anything about that. When I brought these issues to their attention, I was told “some people are more picky than others.” They all admitted that none of them even looked at my unit before telling me it was ready. Using being “short staffed” as their excuse. I went to see the unit Saturday, they repaired the small cosmetics like baseboards, closet handles, and hanging rack. It still smelled like a moldy towel in there. Carpets were still not cleaned, the drain line was not moved nor addressed, closet doors were still dirty. I went back and just asked that they cancel my move in and return the $350 I invested in the unit. Their response was “on the document you signed it said if you cancel the move in we won’t refund you.” In this case I think it’s the least they could do considering they did not do their jobs. They treated me with no importance, no dignity. None of the office staff lives on site. I see why now. As a single Black father it seems they profiled me and figured I would take whatever they had to offer. The community appears to be majority black & Hispanic. I hope the current residents receive better than I did and are not settling for this mistreatment. The first property I went to after this one, was a night and day difference. I am very disappointed in Miss Amy, Miss CiCi, & Miss D. Apartment leasing should not be a bait n switch cash grab!

  Quiet community, friendly leasing staff, maintenance responds in a timely manner. I love it here.

  I like this place a lot because it has people cleaning up the area to make it look good and is very friendly to goose around the area.
