  They basically really don’t fix anything just “ temporary “ fix it so they will have to come back out soon. Also I was told there’s nothing he can do about the wood around the dish washer that termites chewed up which has cause the dw to be loose all he did was wipe off the falling wood and screw it back into the counter even though there’s barely wood there. Also I was told there’s nothing they can do about my ceiling continually leaking because of the apartment upstairs which has happened multiple time while I been living here within two years also asked about mold inside the walls because of the water that’s been sitting and that question wasn’t answered either they have mice , roaches , and spiders I had to renew my lease but if I didn’t have to I would’ve RAN I don’t recommend living here they are over priced for everything to be our dated! And this is not even half of what I been having to go through

  We have lived here since April 2022 in a 3 bedroom townhome and really haven’t had any issues. Anything that did come up was resolved quickly. Staff is friendly and kind. Kayleigh has been around since the beginning of the new ownership and she’s been awesome! Rent has been very affordable considering other places in the area and you get a full basement as well which is unheard of around here. I’ve never experienced issues with mold or pests or anything like others have experienced and I’ve been in two different townhomes. Both were updated too. If we weren’t moving out of state we would have renewed our lease again.

  Southport at Buck Creek has been a great place to call home. The community is well-maintained, and the grounds always look clean and inviting. The floor plans are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and storage. What really stands out is the team-they're responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance requests I've had were handled quickly and done right the first time. The location is also a big plus-convenient to everything you need while still feeling tucked away and peaceful. Overall, it's a comfortable, well-run community with a team that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend!
