  When I first moved here 2 years ago, I thought it was the worst mistake ever. Horrible maintenance service and management. Over the past few months under new management and maintenance, all my past issues have been taken care of in a professional way. A big shout out to the maintenance crew for all your efforts and due diligence in taking care of all the issues from the past and staying on top of things currently. Your days I'm sure have been long at first with taking care of all the past issues you had no controll of. Thank to you and your Team it reflects what a WIN looks like for everyone at Scarborough Lakes Apartments!

  Je suis signé le contrat avec office de l’appartement le 21 mars 2026, parce que l’office m’a demandé de signer le contrat alors j’oblige parce que le contrat de mon appartement prendra fin le 30 mars 2026 et je dis avec les gens de l’office je suis déménage le 30 mars, et je suis payé les 9 jours et deposits malgré je ne viens pas de la maison alors l’office m’a chargé pour électricité du 21 au 26 et je suis pas encore habité dans la maison, alors le 28 mars EAS a fait transfére du courant sur mon nom et je suis payé EAS courant du mois Avril. Alors pour moi d’être chargé c’est une mauvaise expérience
