  Have lived here for 6 years and the living conditions have gone down hill. For over two years our AC hasn’t worked. We told them about this issue last year, never reached temp. But I just rolled with the punches last year because I didn’t want to feel like I was being a jerk. And now it’s the hottest day of the year so far and this year again now almost three weeks ago after telling them about this issue it’s still not resolved. Don’t count on the front office knowing anything about anything when trying to get updated. Three kids have been living in temperatures over 85 degrees for almost three weeks now. We have asked for several things from the office before signing our new lease they are not fulfilling it, nor have plans to, they haven’t reached out about anything at all. The common hallways are always dirty. Pool is never open probably because no one feels even safe enough to watch the pool(but tell the residents it’s some trivial inconvenience that doesn’t let us use the pool). Also the ”Gated community” selling point needs to be dropped if you can’t keep it functional for more than 24 hours because someone hasn't assimilated to 20th century technology. These people will take your money or government checks and turn around and expect these techs to make houses with sticks and take the profits to put it in their nice townhouses and suites in Carmel/Fishers. But don’t worry they won’t lose a moment of sleep, while you and your family live uncomfortably.
