- BBBambiiXxXxJun 23, 20261.0I've had a frustrating experience with management. They close the leasing office early. And they have poor communication. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to texts when there are issues. I couldn't find where to make a payment for my replacement key card and they have treated me so poorly. They also have really high termination fees 200%. They also charge a mandatory pest control fee that you cannot opt out of even if you never need to use these services. I hope management improves and provide clearer information for residents. There was a previous comment that agrees with my statements. The leasing staff does NOT care about your wellbeing. Don't live here otherwise you'll receive poor customer service while not getting your money's worth. When I come into the leasing office I receive the rudest staff. When I have a question they seem like they don't want to answer and become VERY rude quickly.

I'm a music teacher by day, and at night I value my quiet time, free from noise. The apartment doesn't suffer from any noise from neighbors. It's very quiet. My pet cat likes it also. I look forward to using the fitness facility here. The other night I took a walk around the complex, and I felt very safe, as it is a gated community. My apartment appears to be updated, as the counters and kitchen look new.

Alexus was a gem of a person who was so relatable and knowledgeable. A better location came available or I would have moved here. I have had several friends that live here and and love it.
