  The leasing office staff need better training on how to properly treat and assist prospective residents. Na’challe was the only one who provided a positive experience. The other two employees were unhelpful, unprofessional, and did not demonstrate the level of customer service expected from a leasing office.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I genuinely cannot stress this enough: SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT LIVE HERE. Our experience was absolutely horrible from beginning to end. During our 80 DAYS living here, we submitted 15+ maintenance requests in only 3 months because appliances and other things in the apartment would stop working or simply would not work properly. That alone was ridiculous, but it got worse. We also dealt with a bug infestation and went to the office looking for help. Instead of actually helping us resolve the problem, we were essentially told, “You can just break your lease.” That was their solution. And if there is one thing I learned from living here, it is that they will find a way to charge you more money. There are extra fees hidden throughout the lease, and apparently you need to catch every single one yourself because the office will NOT warn you about them. Here is what happened to us: We signed a lease for 90 days. Every person in that office knew I was a college student who was already struggling financially but was doing an internship to further my future career. I fully intended to live there for the exact lease term we agreed to. Apparently, buried within the lease is a requirement that you must provide written notice 60 days before your lease ends stating that you want to move out when your lease ends. Yes — even though the lease itself already has an END DATE. No one in that office ever told me about this. Not once. They all knew my situation, they knew I was a college student, and they knew I was only there for a short-term lease. Yet nobody thought it was important to say, “Hey, make sure you submit this notice 60 days ahead of time or you’re going to owe us thousands of dollars.” Instead, I went to pack up and leave at the end of my lease, only to be told that I supposedly didn’t give the proper notice. The result? A $1,650 FEE. I pleaded my case to the office, and instead of receiving understanding or even basic professionalism, I was met with disrespect and zero willingness to help. I even reached out to the landlord, who NEVER RESPONDED. What makes this even more frustrating is that this could have easily been avoided if someone in that office had simply communicated with me. They had every opportunity to tell me about this requirement, knowing exactly what my situation was, but instead they stayed quiet. This place has been nothing but a financial and emotional headache. Broken appliances, 15+ maintenance requests, bugs, poor communication, hidden fees, and absolutely no compassion when it comes to taking money from residents. To the employees who work here: I genuinely hope you read this. You may not realize how much a $1,650 charge can impact someone, especially a college student trying to build a future. There was no reason this situation needed to happen. Please save yourself the stress, money, and frustration. RUN before you end up in an even worse financial situation because of this place. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

  It’s a good community great place to live good people and great neighbors but we need to be focusing on fixing on the gates because of the people keep coming in without a keycard because it’s really scary and dangerous for the people
