  We use PMI Midwest to manage one of our rental properties in the Indianapolis area and have had a great experience.   Absolutely horrible horrible rental property company! Will never rent a property from them again and will be telling every one I know the same thing. Truly the worst experience of my life. Gave me a notice to vacate the building because they wanted to sell it and stop offering IHA housing and when I asked for an extension on the notice to vacate because I just had to have an emergency c-section a month and a half prior they said they could not because they needed to get my apartment ready for the sale of the property! Truly horrible people! I also moved in with a broken water heater and ac unit! Took over a week to get hot water and a month and a half for ac after begging and pleading bc it was the middle of July!

  I would not recommend renting through PMI Midwest. My overall experience was extremely disappointing. Throughout my time as a tenant, I found communication to be frustrating, customer service lacking, and resolving issues far more difficult than it should have been. I left feeling that tenants' concerns were not given the attention or consideration they deserved. There are many property management companies to choose from, and based on my experience, I would encourage prospective renters to look elsewhere. If you do decide to rent with PMI Midwest, be sure to keep thorough records of all communications and document everything carefully. I cannot recommend PMI Midwest and would not rent from them again.
