If you want to be managed by real people that you can get ahold of, this is a great company to rent through! Our family moved to the Indy area from Grand Rapids, MI. For many different reasons this was an emotional and unfavorable move. From the beginning the move-in process was fast and efficient! The company we originally found the home through was ES Properties with Dana and Elise, both ladies were wonderful with answering every question we had. There were some hiccups with getting our first month's payment in, as the company was also going through transition of new management under PMI Midwest. They were very gracious with us, which I appreciated. In the last 3 months we've had to put in a fair amount of maintenance requests. The company has tenants report these requests onto 'Meld', which makes the process so easy and, despite the horror stories we had heard with things going unaddressed or dragged out, they were on top of getting things scheduled quickly. As a mother of three with one on the way, this is a HUGE deal! So thankful to have found this company!

Glad everyone in these reviews had a good experience.. maybe they had a promotion to get people to write them. Had the worst experience with them. They nickel and dime everything and do nothing to benefit tenants other than a pumpkin pie that you have to go pick up during business hours. Take a look at the outside and imagine how the inside is kept. Will never rent from this company again and neither will my friends and family after my horror stories.
