- TTTyler TischendorfJun 1, 20261.0If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The laundry services are always broken, maintenance is horrible, and the place is totally mismanaged. I got sick because of the mold issues in the apartment. They charge over the top on fees, they're sketchy and I would highly recommend anyone considering living here to go elsewhere. There are way better apartment complexes at a much better price that will actually look out for your best interests and not put the blame on you. This has been the most infuriating living experience of my life. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Depends if I call early in the morning they are here the same day. Otherwise definitly the next. They let me know when they are on their way and follow up after the job is done. I appreciate that a lot. Everyone is polite and respectful.
