I just moved in this past weekend. Although everything looked fine, I quickly found that my washer had been taken over by mold. I pay for in-unit laundry. I asked that it be replaced as one can see that the mold is within the drum of the washer and it has been there for quite sometime. I am also severely allergic to mold. Upon coming home after it’s supposed cleaning, the mold was still there. I then went to the front office to discuss the issue and was met by large amounts of disrespect and rather condescending tones from the front desk women, which is unfortunate as up until now, they seemed fine. I have emailed to speak to the head property manager and documented the mold spread. Depending on how this issue is handled, I don’t foresee removing my review unless the situation is actually handled and I’m no longer lied to.

Ive been in Property Management for years...I understand how some things may take some time to fix but there is no excuse for the terrible communication and lack of concern in this community. please read before considering this property and if they will really help you when you need it.
My sister lives in this apartment complex, with my Kid Niece and they have had nothing but constant issues with the maintenance team and the very Rude front office Lady Dominique.
Leaks from the hallway that haven't been addressed fully and still leak, but most recently their hot water went out last week,
When they called the office Thursday as it was still open, they said they would get to it when could, 24 hours later they attempted to visit Friday while everyone was out of the home because they were given permission to enter, however they didn't have a copy of the units' key ... (it's the property's responsibility to have copies of unit keys for things like pest control emergency's leaks etc. )
so, they closed out the work order like it had been completed and left them a message saying "we'll be back the following week....and having no hot water is not an emergency that's why they would not be fixing it until normal office hours several days later.
Here's is my issue No hot water is ABSOLUTLEY an emergency just like leaks are also considered an emergency, heck if you call any property the voicemail says all the things listed as an emergency in the voicemail itself, there's on call maintenance for a reason I've never worked a property where there wasn't an on-call maintenance tech and they usually live on the property itself with a discounted unit.
It has gotten to the point where when she went in the office this morning at 10am Monday Morning almost 4 days later while on the phone with myself to hear Miss Dominique let her know " they'll get to it when they get to it " they have the work order.... but only after my sister has to re submit it because they closed it out.... I know you all have time limits to get these work order completed but my technicians done close out work orders if the job itself hasn't been fixed, that's just wrong.
I have helped her this morning with the process of reaching out to the health department to help since that is the only way to get any progress completed in this apartment complex.
Would not recommend signing a lease here.

As a resident; I was just told my NO hot water issue wasn’t considered a maintenance emergency. So know that before signing a lease.

I have concerns about a possible termite issue at this property. I observed large numbers of winged insects and discarded wings in the hallway and have also seen similar insects inside my apartment. Pest control came out once but did not return to inspect my unit again despite ongoing concerns. Management has since stated pest control will return, but the situation has been frustrating and concerning as a resident.

Don’t let the renovated look fool you. The management is terrible, and there’s always a new issue every day. They constantly charge residents for unnecessary fees and make living here frustrating. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place. Update : I did email y’all never get back to and keep on charging me more money I regret renew my lease can’t wait for it to be over and leave this place.
