Ive been in Property Management for years...I understand how some things may take some time to fix but there is no excuse for the terrible communication and lack of concern in this community. please read before considering this property and if they will really help you when you need it. My sister lives in this apartment complex, with my Kid Niece and they have had nothing but constant issues with the maintenance team and the very Rude front office Lady Dominique. Leaks from the hallway that haven't been addressed fully and still leak, but most recently their hot water went out last week, When they called the office Thursday as it was still open, they said they would get to it when could, 24 hours later they attempted to visit Friday while everyone was out of the home because they were given permission to enter, however they didn't have a copy of the units' key ... (it's the property's responsibility to have copies of unit keys for things like pest control emergency's leaks etc. ) so, they closed out the work order like it had been completed and left them a message saying "we'll be back the following week....and having no hot water is not an emergency that's why they would not be fixing it until normal office hours several days later. Here's is my issue No hot water is ABSOLUTLEY an emergency just like leaks are also considered an emergency, heck if you call any property the voicemail says all the things listed as an emergency in the voicemail itself, there's on call maintenance for a reason I've never worked a property where there wasn't an on-call maintenance tech and they usually live on the property itself with a discounted unit. It has gotten to the point where when she went in the office this morning at 10am Monday Morning almost 4 days later while on the phone with myself to hear Miss Dominique let her know " they'll get to it when they get to it " they have the work order.... but only after my sister has to re submit it because they closed it out.... I know you all have time limits to get these work order completed but my technicians done close out work orders if the job itself hasn't been fixed, that's just wrong. I have helped her this morning with the process of reaching out to the health department to help since that is the only way to get any progress completed in this apartment complex. Would not recommend signing a lease here.

As a resident; I was just told my NO hot water issue wasn’t considered a maintenance emergency. So know that before signing a lease.

Don’t let the renovated look fool you. The management is terrible, and there’s always a new issue every day. They constantly charge residents for unnecessary fees and make living here frustrating. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place. Update : I did email y’all never get back to and keep on charging me more money I regret renew my lease can’t wait for it to be over and leave this place.

Don’t let the recent remodels alone influence your decision. While some cosmetic updates have been made, many of the underlying problems still remain. I personally know several former tenants who left negative reviews, and from my experience, many of those concerns were legitimate. You can put lipstick on a pig, but it will still be a pig! Prospective tenants should do thorough research and carefully consider both the positive and negative feedback before signing a lease. Since moving to a different apartment community and paying slightly more in rent, I’ve realized how much better my overall living experience could be. In hindsight, I wish I had moved sooner rather than continuing to hope conditions would improve. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the current management company seems to be an improvement over previous ones. During the nearly three years I lived there, management changed multiple times — so often that I lost track. The newer team appears more professional and responsive than past management companies, which is a positive step in the right direction.

Update to their BS response… WHY would I put my real name so you guys can retaliate against me. You guys been here less than a year and we had 5 other management saying the same BS your saying right now. Is the trash compactor still broke ? Is it still dog shit all over the property? When the last time the fences have been replaced? Is there stray cats and mice roaming the property? Lastly I have proof that on new years a guy was shooting into the lake but why get him in trouble, you guys won’t do anything. Should we discuss the drugs on the property and the ball ways smelling like weed? THE EASTSIDE HAS MOVED TO THE SOUTHSIDE !!!!! Been here 1 year and witness Shooting in the pond on new years, police are on the property twice a week, dog feces everywhere. Rodents and broken fences throughout the property. No I don’t want to be contacted you guys won’t do shit about it! Lease is almost up and done paying 1300 for small unit. I could keep going but DONT SAY YOU WASNT WARNED.
