I’ve lived here for almost 2 1/2 years and honestly it’s just been okay. The pool has had issues 2 summers in a row with the delay of opening and then closing down for unknown amounts of time. This was a key factor for summer living in an apartment and no compensation is provided to tenants. If you have a maintenance problem it is 50/50 on how quickly they will fix it. Small issues are fixed within a day or two, but larger issues will take a long time without any communication to the renter. My first dryer was old and caught fire. It took over a month for them to replace the washer/dryer. My washer has been acting up for over a month and they cancelled my request without even communicating to me. I had to go to the office and find out any information. It’s going on two weeks without a working washing machine. If you try to call, it’s an AI robot and never a person. All you can do is leave a message and they take a while to call you back. I would love to actually call and speak to someone and not the “Oliver robot”. I have also been a good tenant, yet they tried to increase rent by $300 a month after my first leases was up. They did negotiate to raise it to only $100 more a month. The rent is very high for what you get.

This is a beautiful community and what really impressed me was the friendly, professional, positive, and infectious good vibes from Kathy.
Ask for her she has the customer service gift that is sadly missing in many businesses today. You will be so happy that you did. I know Im 5star happy with our interaction.

My husband and I lived at Lighthouse Landings from 2023-2024. Our experience here was phenomenal. I always spoke with Kathy Joyce directly and she always helped with any issues we had, and was always so caring and kind. Lighthouse Landings was my favorite place that we have lived at. It was so quiet, the amenities were amazing, and just all around a great experience. The dog park is big, which my big dog LOVED, you can have your own little garden, and the gym is very nice as well. The staff are also very friendly, and they always have dog treats at the office for your pup! I highly recommend living at Lighthouse Landings again, and if I’m ever back in Indianapolis, they are my first choice!
I’ve been here for four years. I love it here, but they need to hold the dog owners more accountable with picking up after their pets. The back of the building has an entrance that I sometimes use as it’s closer to my door and I’ve stepped in dog feces twice. I’ve personally went to the office to tell them and ask they did was send out an email. Until people start getting fined they won’t care. No one wants to step in that stuff. I pay rent here as well.
Other than that major inconvenience the place is really nice and quiet. No one bothers anyone and my packages are never stolen. The apartment has good storage. I like the gym and there’s always parking!
If you guys can just please create a system to fix this issue I’m sure the other residents and I who don’t have pets would greatly appreciate it.

Erin and Kayla are truly awesome! I had a great tour and was so happy with them. The community was super clean and the residents I met were so nice. Def. Applying!
