  Went to go ask a question, started with “I am sorry to bother you” and was met with sarcasm and a bad attitude. There was terrible thunderstorms with tornado warnings. I wanted to see if they could help me get the tenant’s car into the parking garage that he pays $75 a month for. I began saying I’m listed on the lease, it was cut off by a sarcastic response “well just because your name is on the lease doesn’t mean you have any authority unless you signed it. You can have him text us, but we are about to close anyway.” If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t work in customer service or leasing if you have a poor personality. Poorly ran property for the cost. I would look elsewhere if I were you.

  I‘ve had a great experience at the industry. Especially having moved over from Europe and being new to the city, I felt very welcomed by the community and the industry staff. Jess and Lucy are very service oriented and attentive. They’ve always handled concerns/issues in a professional way. The location is great (close to Mass Ave, monument circle, groceries, pharmacy, the canal, etc.) and you can walk your dog across the street). You should make use of the amenities (gym, office area, terrace with pool and bbq area, community events) when living here.

  Good location and amazing amenities - try to ignore the Air BnB that the Cardinal Group rents out and just pretend you live in a semi luxury hotel shared by some strangers at times but the need to hire more 24hr cleaning and security. Great management and helpful Jessica and Lucy work hard and will answer anything at almost any hour.

  The management team is always helpful and responsive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. The building is kept extremely clean, and maintenance is quick anytime something comes up. The location couldn’t be better, super walkable and close to downtown, Fountain Square, just a block from Mass Ave, and two blocks from Monument Circle. It makes running errands easy and meeting new people effortless. Parking is also very accessible. There are plenty of apartment options in the area, but this truly is the best community and location in town. Thank you to Morgan, Jess, and the entire team for creating such a great living experience!
