- NSNaimish ShahJun 5, 20261.01. After turning on the faucets yesterday, the whole unit smells like sewage. 2. There is a high pitched sound coming from the maintenance room right behind my unit. It is constant and intolerable. 3. Neither of my parking spots have an EV charger. I have an all-electric vehicle. I was promised at least one spot with an outlet. I requested a change in parking spot. I have not received a response. It’s been 5 days. 4. I am unable to control my WiFi password which prevents me from connecting my work laptop to WiFi. I work in a regulated industry and the security protocols are strict. 6. I was promised that I could replace the dishwasher. It’s been 5 days. It still has not been removed. I need the dishwasher removed so I can have a new one installed completely at my expense. I’m more than happy to pay. I just need the old dishwasher removed.
