My experience here was almost perfect until the very end. There was minor issues when I moved in with them not having the place ready in time and leaving some supplies behind at move in. I also communicated to staff issues that did not bother me at move in but wanted to make aware so I would not be billed for them later. The staff was always kind, the service requests were always done fast, and in general it’s a quiet and nice neighborhood. As I was moving out, I had the time to make sure the apartment was in pristine condition, I even replaced 2 of the blinds with my own money because they had minor chips and I didn’t want to be penalized for any minor issues. Looking back I should’ve taken more photos of the apartment as I moved out but I had a great experience so far here so I didn’t think it was necessary. Now they are billing me almost $700 in damages for the same issues that I had brought up when I first moved in and funny enough even the blinds. I went to there office to ask how I can get more information and dispute these charges. I was given a phone number and email. I have emailed them and not heard back in weeks. I called them multiple times over the course of multiple days and left voicemails. No response for weeks. Now they are trying to send the balance to collections. How classy. Don’t be fooled, these companies do not care about you so take every picture of every square inch and even in the end don’t expect a resolution. I was able to communicate with the collections company they are trying to send the balance to over the phone. They have no association with the apartment and the best they could do for me is requesting a more detailed list from the apartment directly (which surprise surprise they haven’t sent back in almost a week) and we could continue sending evidence back and forth afterwards to see what resolution we could come to. I work for a corporation and I see people get the run around countless times because big companies only care about profit, not you. At the end of the day it’s going to cost a headache and not get me anywhere with these people so I’m at the point of giving in and paying for damages I’m not responsible for so my credit isn’t affected. I really wish I could’ve left a good review because again besides this I have nothing but nice things to say. Im not sure how they expect to get referrals or recommendations from past residents if this is how they’re treated. Hopefully you guys can improve on this, but I doubt it because you want to squeeze every penny out of people. (They also have pretty significant rent increases if you do decide to stay past your initial lease too!)

I recently moved out early from my apartment. I paid the lease break fee months before I left, with confirmation from the office and receipts. Yet the day I move out, even before I turned in my keys, they sent me a final bill saying I owed over $2,000 (which I had paid). I got a call from a collections company a few days later. I explained the situation to them and sent them my proof but the claim is still “under review” because Harbour Pointe/The Ardizzone Group will not respond to them to confirm the new receipt saying they owed ME money. It has now been past 45 days, which is the amount of time they have, according to Indiana law, to pay me that amount. If you choose to live here make sure you keep all of your receipts and emails so you have proof in writing.

I lived here about 3 and a half years. When I moved in rent was reasonable and I had no issues. However, as I continued to stay things got worse. Each year my rent was increased but I wasn’t getting anything additional for it. The lighting was also horrible and mine was on the backside so there was almost no natural light except for early morning. And there is hardly any storage for your belongings to stay organized. The crime rate continued to escalate around the area, there were multiple gun shots heard from surrounding areas and even one in the building right next to mine which I found out by the citizens app and the office had no idea about until I informed them. Another one on Easter right in front of the apartments, and on the other end of the complex I had friends whose cars and homes were being broken into. I did feel safe being next to the office as there were cameras and minimal disturbances. I didn’t like though that no key fob or anything was needed to get into the buildings so any one could come to your door. I only renewed last time I did because things did not work out with where I had planned to move to. The apartment that I live in now I’m paying the same price I was there, for more square space, better lighting, and a safer area. It’s definitely not my first choice recommendation but for a year or so starting out it wouldn’t be bad.

I have lived here since 2016, I have absolutely no issues! They're super sweet and understanding in the office. The property is quiet, and there's no much negatives. I would recommend this property to anyone!
