  I have been to several estate sales held by this group and I am always amazed by the organization and the kindness of the team members. Today I went to pick up some items from one of the online auctions and the owner was so helpful in assisting me in managing pick up. I had arrived under prepared (oops!) and she kindly jumped in to problem solve. I watch online for the sales from this group because I know I am going to have a great experience!

  Jess and her crew worked very very hard to clean out our large house so we could move to an Independent housing facility. When she took over for the sale, she told me not to worry that she would take care of everything. She did.! She made my stress level reasonable. She would call and ask a question about our belongings and I would answer. She then proceeded to take care of everything. I highly recommend her for your estate sale needs

  Flipside Estate was an incredible help with my mom’s estate sale. They took on more than 60 years of accumulated belongings and handled everything with care, patience, and true professionalism. Jess and her team went above and beyond. They worked hard, stayed organized, and made a difficult process feel much more manageable. What stood out most was their compassion toward our family during such an emotional time. That meant a lot. The sale was a huge success and we are so thankful for all they did for us. I can’t recommend them enough. Even if you have to wait for availability, they are absolutely worth it.

  Jess and her team at Flipside just cleared out a never ending amount of “collections” in my father’s house. It was a massive undertaking which I could never have accomplished alone. They swooped in, got everything organized, making it all presentable and sellable. They didn’t do this just once, but twice, due to the amount of stuff! I couldn’t be more grateful. What a remarkable team.

  I recently worked with Jess and her incredible team at Flipside Estates to prepare my parent’s home of 40 years to sell. The house was very large and full of a lifetime of treasures and “stuff”. After my parent’s passed away, I was overwhelmed with this daunting task. I was lucky to find Flipside Estates and could not have achieved this so seamlessly without them. Jess is professional and knowledgeable about furniture and all other items, old and new. She was also so respectful of the home and its contents. They did all of the preparations for the sale, which was a 3 day event. After a very successful weekend, she and her team made any necessary donations, kept some items for consignment, cleared the house of all other items, and had a crew come in to do a deep cleaning. She does a wonderful job advertising, as there was a line of 200 people before opening the first morning. They were able to manage the numbers with a sign up sheet, only allowing a fixed number in at one time. I could go on and on and still can’t thank them enough for making a difficult situation as easy as it possibly could have been. It was the best decision I have made!
