Jess and her team are amazing! When I say that other estate sales do not compare it is no joke. Well oiled machine and everyone is so kind/helpful.

New to the area and a fairly high volume buyer, so far of the 6-7 companies I’ve shopped with they’re by far my favorite. Have had to wait in lines to check out, but they’ve even improved that- and that just shows the quality of sales they book. Pricing fair to the seller and buyer- highly recommend!

Every estate sale is so organized! I’m always impressed when I attend a sale run by Flipside, whether it’s day one or the last day. It’s easy to see how many hours go into organizing and how much work goes into thoughtfully pricing their clients’ treasured items.

I have been to several estate sales held by this group and I am always amazed by the organization and the kindness of the team members. Today I went to pick up some items from one of the online auctions and the owner was so helpful in assisting me in managing pick up. I had arrived under prepared (oops!) and she kindly jumped in to problem solve. I watch online for the sales from this group because I know I am going to have a great experience!

Jess and her crew worked very very hard to clean out our large house so we could move to an Independent housing facility. When she took over for the sale, she told me not to worry that she would take care of everything. She did.! She made my stress level reasonable. She would call and ask a question about our belongings and I would answer. She then proceeded to take care of everything. I highly recommend her for your estate sale needs
