- CCCloricaAug 1, 20265.0New tenant. I had a great experience with Mercedes, the office staff representative. She was very patient with me. I appreciate Alonzo(maintenance, i think thats his name) he put my package that was delivered before i got keys inside. That was really nice. I want to give a huge shout out to Brendan the maintenance staff. He gave an incredible move in walk through. Never had one before. I sure did appreciate it though. He explained everything about the apartment. Noted any imperfections and we completed and signed the sheet together. I really like my new apartment. I had a very pleasant, professional experience.
