  this is my first timing looking to rent a home. did a self tour of a beautiful home i ended up loving and have inquiries about before applying.. haven’t heard anything by email, text or phone in regards to the property for either my inquiries or application i guess(i just clicked the follow up link in my email from my self tour and it said i applied successfully) now i look and that property is off the market. i am not sure if that’s common, but i would at least expect SOMEONE to reach out to me about similar properties or something… their communication is horrible and they have the nerve to ask for credit card information to verify a person? we need to verify if anyone actually works in the office bc clearly looking at the other reviews, they’re highly unprofessional.

  The team were very unresponsive to any & all maintenance requests until property was bought buy another company then were force too update and fix these issues. Unfortunately at the same time covid 19 hit scheduling was a nightmare and couldn't be completed. We bought a new house put in our notice and did all of the measures needed to move out including paying two months lease for time we were not in condo (which was approx $1200 per month) @ which time we were then informed they wanted another two months for a "break lease" fee after that were informed that they were keeping the $1200 & wanted another $4k for repairs to items that were supposed to be maintained by the property manager that never were and threatened collections if not paid. So in a nutshell they wanted almost $10k to move out of a $103k condo. This has been turned over to legal. Leaser beware !!!!!
