  The property was beautiful and very well kept. Chloe S. did a phenomenal job of answering all our questions during the tour, and was a pleasure to work with. Although I chose another location based on location, I would definitely recommend taking a look at this property.

  Don’t get me started on these scam artists. So June 23rd 2026 I was approved to move into these apartments. I cleared a background check, paid deposit fees, and signed the lease. Come July 3rd, my move in date, these people say they will not give me my keys due to a previous $148 balance I owed to a previous landlord, which was a lie by the way. I repeatedly emailed and called the leasing office, the corporate office, and made a IN PERSON visit to the leasing office and to no avail. So not only, did they BREACH our contract, they are STILL holding on to my $750 deposit. Corporate aka THE ARDIZZONE GROUP was no help AT ALL! They ignored my emails and only communicated through the leasing agent that I worked with. Then instead of just reversing my deposit to the original payment method, these scams wanted me to fill out a authorization form with my full CARD DETAILS, debit card number, cvv, and expiration so that they can “refund” me! Now what legitimate company would need full card details to refund someone THEIR MONEY?! The form was for recurring charges by the way. Instead of these scams wanted artists cutting me a $750 check, they gave me the run around. Now today on 8/7/26 I have YET to receive my money!! I’ve filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office and have submitted them everything I have on these frauds!!! DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!! I will be exposing them all over TIKTOK AND INSTAGRAM!!!!

  ⚠️ Package theft is a serious issue at this apartment. Packages have been stolen from residents, and it makes you feel unsafe having deliveries left at your door. Management should take this issue seriously and improve security and package protection for residents. I hope they can find a solution soon.

  If I could give them no stars I would!! DO NOT MOVE HERE THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS AND THEY A VERY HIGH AND AFTER YOUR THRID MONTH THEY START CHARGING FOR EVERYTHING THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY SMALL AND ARE NOT WORTH 1300 no where the people on the office is very RUDE! I broke my lease and had to pay 2 times the rent with giving a 60day notice and only had 6 months left in my lease.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO EVER MOVE TO THE TO THIS APARTMENTS THE ENCLAVE.. Thank me later
