DO NOT MOVE HERE THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS AND THEY A VERY HIGH AND AFTER YOUR THRID MONTH THEY START CHARGING FOR EVERYTHING THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY SMALL AND ARE NOT WORTH 1300 no where the people on the office is very RUDE! I broke my lease and had to pay 2 times the rent with giving a 60day notice and only had 6 months left in my lease.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO EVER MOVE TO THE TO THIS APARTMENTS THE ENCLAVE.. Thank me later

- BMBecca MarlerMay 6, 20261.0I’ve never left a review before. Not anywhere. But after my experience with this place, I feel like I have to. We didn't get our mailbox keys for 9 months. They tried to charge us for AES when they knew I had been trying to correct it for months with no help from them. It somehow got taken out of our name. This happened to multiple people in the complex and they were charging fees even though they knew this was an issue. Our main bathroom was torn apart without our knowing. We knew something needed fixed but they didn't explain that our whole bathroom would be torn apart. It then took 4-5 weeks to fix it because they just left it incomplete. They also left lights on in our apartment for a whole week after fixing something while we were gone and refuse to reimburse the electric bill.
