  Reminiscing about my time at Edge 35, and I figured they deserve another five star review. Pretty much everything about this apartment is spectacular. Extremely clean, great security, secure mail room + Amazon lockers, super cute location, and has all the most important amenities. For some reason, finding an apartment with in-unit washer/dryer in Indianapolis is like finding a needle in a haystack. I’m not sure if she’s still there, but while I was living at Edge 35, McKinsey was the property manager and she was awesome. Seriously, the best property manager I have ever met. She’s super sweet and actually looks out for you and your needs, unlike a LOT of other property managers. She also always got back to me in a timely fashion. I will say, the only annoying thing about this place is the parking situation. The parking lot is pretty small, as I had to be put on a waiting list for about 3-4 months before I was able to get a parking pass. I’m pretty sure it costed about $35/mo when I was there. But honestly, if you don’t want to pay for parking there is plenty of free street parking around. It can just be a little irritating trying to find a spot on busy weekends. This will forever be the bougiest place I have ever lived, and I miss it all the time. I was lucky enough to have the best view in the building, and I’ll always remember sitting on the balcony, watching people dancing at the rooftop bar with the sun setting in the background. The biggest reason I moved is because I knew I wouldn’t be able to afford it after rent was raised. These are tough times right now, but if you can afford the prices, I absolutely recommend renting from Edge 35.

  Apartment building and amenities were amazing! Front office staff were super helpful and always very responsive. Would highly recommend Edge 35.

  The moving process was very smooth and any questions I had were answered immediately. If maintenance is needed it is very easy to get in contact with them and they arrive quickly. I have enjoyed my time living here.
