  I loved living at Edge35 Apts in Fountain Square. The folks there are very friendly everything is clean and neat. The gym is outstanding and in great condition. I loved it, McKenzie did a great job. She is very friendly and part of the reason the whole environment is so nice. I would still be living there if I didn’t have to move because of Work.

  Dealing with McKinsey was truly the easiest part of the stressful ordeal of having to move. She helped us so much that moving into Edge 35 was definitely the easiest part. The apartments are super nice, we love the onsite gym and bicycle storage and work shop + so many places to eat and grab spirits within walking distance. Would 100% recommend!

  I was genuinely looking forward to considering Edge 35, especially because I had heard good things about the community. Unfortunately, I never actually got the chance to tour the apartments. I was looking for an apartment fairly quickly, and whenever I called to schedule a tour, there wasn’t availability instantly or anytime that worked with my schedule. From what I understood, there was only one person handling the tours. With regular office hours, it can already be difficult to visit during the week, and weekend availability also seemed limited, which I completely understand. Just as a suggestion, if there is strong demand for the apartments, having more than one person available for tours will offer a little more flexibility with tour times, that could really help prospective residents, especially people who are new to the state and trying to find a place within a limited timeframe. Edge 35 seems to be in a great and convenient location, so I imagine there are quite a few people interested in the community. I can’t comment on the apartments themselves since I wasn’t able to see them in person, but I was definitely interested and would have liked the opportunity to tour before making my decision. If anyone reading this review for apartment tour, please give yourself a time for couple of days for the tour appointment. And I recommend checking out as well, as they seems nice. Thanks.

  I have lived at edge for a couple years now and absolutely love it! The location is great and Kinsey is always so helpful. I would definitely recommend living here!
