  We moved in September of 2025 , and it’s been a hell of year living here . First work order we put in was in October over a leak in the first bathroom , didn’t get fixed until May 20th of 2026 . I also put in a work order for the sliding door to the balcony every time it rains water gets in and the floor soaks it all up and now it’s lifting little by little , put a work order in and they marked it as done . It’s been raining and water still gets in . I’ve attached pictures of how the ceiling is cranking because of it. The door in the masters bathroom from day one was falling , they came to “fix it “ all they did was put a screw in it to lift it . None of the door lock , even if you lock it you can push them open. Don’t get scammed into living here , the nice view isn’t worth it . My mom brain didn’t lock my car so they got in it , that’s most definitely my fault 100%. I asked if they could maybe check the cameras the “BIG BOSS” asked where I parked I told her towards the back because there was no space and respond with “our cameras don’t work that far , I suggest you park towards the front” well that’s great solution . There has been ants everywhere too , their pest control doesn’t really do much . So we bought our own stuff and lucky I only see one or two here and there . The lobby is always flooding, the gate to the back parking always open . Dog shit in the elevators and dog piss . Trash never makes it into the trash cans so it’s always scattered around . Parking here is a joke as well , so many cars with no permit and sit here for weeks, whenever my car got broken into my pass got stolen and I didn’t even noticed . So my car got towed unfortunately I had to pay $175 I showed them my lease and didn’t care . Thankfully my lease is over in 3 months or so .

  My last review got deleted because I gave them a one star so they probably got it deleted so I’m coming back to make another review Trifling!!!! Rats ,mice,roaches,maggots,flys,knats,water issue . Plumbing issues . This place literally sucks .!!! If I could give it a negative 600 stars I would!!! Your car literally get towed rather you live here or not which doesn’t make sense since security is barley ever here and they’re the one responsible for giving passes out . One time the security even wrote me a pass because they didn’t have any more and they still towed my car after security said I was good. Cityviee didn’t reimburse me after they said they would or at least will get back to me and I haven’t heard a word from them, but they always want the rent paid in full on the first of the month but can’t even get their act together . This place is disgusting. I wouldn’t even pay $500 a month for this only reason I haven’t left is because my lease isnt up. They randomly tow your car . And it’s so frustrating maintenance doesn’t do anything and if they do it takes months the apartments are disgusting, dog poop everywhere because everyone has a dog elevators always nasty. Unless the cleaning lady is here only thing I could say positive about this place is that it is spacious on the inside, but there’s no point of space if rodents and pest are gonna be there that just gives the pest more room to cover Office staff is rude. Doesn’t care about no one’s well-being. Let’s cars get towed but no security to give you guest pass or any type of pass. You only get one sticker when you first move In and it’s a flimsy piece of paper that who can keep over a bunch of years. It’s so much I could say about these apartments, but I’d rather not, just know if I was you I would never move here again. They trick you like it’s nice just because it’s a high-rise building and you have a beautiful view, but it doesn’t even matter when all of that extra comes with just a view because that’s all this apartment has.

  As an entrepreneur, life can get unpredictable sometimes. There was a period where work completely slowed down for me. I’m talking about almost no income coming in while bills, rent, and expenses kept showing up every single month like clockwork. My savings started getting eaten alive, and honestly, it became one of the most stressful periods I’ve dealt with in a long time. During that time, the management team at CityView, specifically Kyle and Jada, truly went above and beyond for me. They didn’t treat me like just another tenant or another number on a spreadsheet. They communicated with me consistently, helped me stay informed, worked with me on payment arrangements, and helped me navigate situations that could have easily turned into overwhelming late fees and added stress. If you’ve ever rented before, then you already know how quickly fees and penalties can stack up when life hits hard. What stood out to me most was their willingness to actually understand my situation instead of immediately making me feel judged or disposable. Now let me be transparent. Has CityView always been perfect? No. And I think honesty matters. I’ve personally experienced periods where management in the past could have been better, and I understand why some residents have voiced frustrations over the years. But I also believe people deserve credit when they are genuinely trying to improve a community and create a better living experience for residents. From my experience, the current team is putting in real effort to rebuild trust, improve communication, and create a stronger sense of community here. That matters. At the end of the day, apartments are more than walls and units. People want to feel respected, heard, and supported where they live. And during one of the hardest financial stretches of my life, CityView’s management team showed me humanity, patience, and professionalism. For that reason, I’m giving them 5 stars.

  Avoid this building at all costs. I’ve never experienced such insolent behavior from management. The office staff here make no effort to be polite, have been caught opening resident’s mail and lying about it, and will not admit when they make a mistake. They are rude and condescending from the moment you walk into the office (which is barely open, even when they say they are open the staff are on “breaks”). My unit has had a giant hole in the ceiling for months from water damage. See the numerous news articles and bad reviews across all sites and believe that this is not the place for you.
