The office staff here make no effort to be polite, have been caught opening resident’s mail and lying about it, and will not admit when they make a mistake. They are rude and condescending from the moment you walk into the office (which is barely open, even when they say they are open the staff are on “breaks”). My unit has had a giant hole in the ceiling for months from water damage. See the numerous news articles and bad reviews across all sites and believe that this is not the place for you.
