  Very, very happy with our apartment. When I toured this had been the final one on my list of 6, and Zung was an amazing guide! I signed a lease right there at the end of my tour in March and it has been a decision I am happy with every day. The location is amazing with the theater and groceries (and emergency vet) nearby, and it’s close to the big city without being in the major action! The apartment is so nice compared to my last one and I love the kitchen space (and my plants and our two kitties LOVE love the window and the window sills!) The only thing I’d knock half a star for is the internet, I’ve had a lot of issues with it (I got expensive pet cams I can’t hook onto the WiFi to even be able to use them no matter what I try, and I don’t have access to the internet account/modem), but other than that, absolutely love this place and will be here for several years for sure! Great location, amenities and rooms, great staff! Very happy with our choice

  Update: management is trying to address all of this, so I changed the review from 3 to 5 stars. I greatly appreciate their efforts. The staff is great and the apartments are nice. Unfortunately, the one amenity that I care about (the pool) is beginning to look like a YMCA. People are coming in who don't live here and parents aren't looking after or cleaning up after their children. It's no longer a relaxing environment, and has made this complex not worth the money anymore.

  Just moved in and absolutely love it! Sherri and Zung were so helpful during my move in and answered all of my questions promptly. Grateful to call AYR my home.

  I never write reviews but here we go. I’ve been here for three years and at first I loved living here. Fast forward to today and I regret resigning my lease. I live in building 5 and they turned some of the units to Vrbo’s, which means different groups of people in and out doing whatever and not following rules. I resigned my lease early to avoid a rent increase, but yet for two months my posted rent showed the increased value, and it was a struggle to explain to them that I had already resigned to avoid the increased rent. The last straw for me was my car getting towed on a Monday morning right as I was getting ready to leave for work; even though I had the parking tag in my car. Ayr didn’t care, and I couldn’t get a clear explanation on why my car was towed. Ayr did send an email that same week on Friday stating that residents should get an updated sticker if they have the old tags! I find that funny. Think twice before you move here, looks can be deceiving!
