  I normally don’t write reviews but this apartment is such a cute little place. It was very clean, the staff Zung my agent and Sherri the manager were super friendly and made me felt very welcome! Definitely check this place out if you are looking to move soon

  Good morning, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the handling of my recent maintenance request for my air conditioning unit. When I initially reported the issue, a maintenance technician came to my apartment but did not perform any repairs or maintenance. Later that same week, another technician came out and simply flushed the unit. This leads me to believe that the problem could have been addressed during the first visit. As a result, my July electric bill increased by approximately $60 compared to what I would normally expect. I believe the delay in properly servicing the unit caused my air conditioner to operate inefficiently, resulting in higher energy costs. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed. I would appreciate an explanation for why the issue was not resolved during the initial maintenance visit, as well as consideration for reimbursement or a credit for the additional utility expense I incurred due to the delayed repair. I have also added a snippet of my bill the last 6 months and it has never been that as well never in the years I have been living here. That signing of the paper that nothing was wrong has made my bill go up. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

  I wouldn’t move here, after you move out the make up charges. I was in my unit 4 years and 5 months. I burned candles and due to the cheap flat paint they took 300.00 isn’t that normal wear and tear. I’m waiting on an actual invoice because my lawyers will review it. They only care about money that isn’t there’s. They change employees like you change your underwear. They also refuse to keep up with the hallways the carpets stay filthy with the previous owners never had that issue. So please don’t allow them to only show the main building!!!!

  Very, very happy with our apartment. When I toured this had been the final one on my list of 6, and Zung was an amazing guide! I signed a lease right there at the end of my tour in March and it has been a decision I am happy with every day. The location is amazing with the theater and groceries (and emergency vet) nearby, and it’s close to the big city without being in the major action! The apartment is so nice compared to my last one and I love the kitchen space (and my plants and our two kitties LOVE love the window and the window sills!) The only thing I’d knock half a star for is the internet, I’ve had a lot of issues with it (I got expensive pet cams I can’t hook onto the WiFi to even be able to use them no matter what I try, and I don’t have access to the internet account/modem), but other than that, absolutely love this place and will be here for several years for sure! Great location, amenities and rooms, great staff! Very happy with our choice
